It’s quite difficult to find the right seller, because many of them don’t reply, or they only answer some of the questions. You always have to tell them to read the message carefully and answer every question. Unfortunately, most sellers don’t write much on their own, but of course there are exceptions — I also managed to find one who communicates well.

For anyone who has never ordered from China to Europe before, the whole process can be challenging. It’s not enough to find the right seller and the right product — after that, you still have to deal with the customs agency, which can be complicated. I ordered a sample piece, and although it was a bit difficult at first because I didn’t know the process, I eventually managed to get it done. Thank you.

The seller never told the truth about delivery time. 7 weeks after purchase still no delivery, I‘m afraid quality will as well be poor if it ever will arrive and they took 390 USD shipping fee.
Will never use it again!!!

What I received is 0% of what I had expected. What is advertised is not real. the Advert said the phone has clear and clean camera which is not true, the phone is said to be 1TB but I have not loaded anything more than 1GB but it is already complaining about storage, The phone keeps on freezing, the screen keeps on turning off. this phones are boring to tell the truth. Nothing interesting about them. If i wasn't in far from the town, i could have long returned them.

After 5 weeks of payment to Shenzhen Weprint Office Technology Company Limited no sign of delivery. I feel scammed after this much wait.

My order should have arrived by now. I spent almost an hour with customer service, and they were stuck on the fact that the order doesn't show in my portal and that they didn't do it, but I was trying to find out if my order was still going to arrive or if they were going to refund me. They said they had record of the order but kept asking me for more, order number, then they said can you prove you paid for the order which I did. If they are the ones that took payment, why would that be a question? Then they wanted proof that my account doesn't show the order, all the while they did not confirm the correct shipping number, which was wrong. They wouldn't confirm that the seller had shipped or anything. They kept mentioning how they can not remove orders from the account.

Super easy transaction. Will purchase from again.

I had one good experience but now I am dealing with peter.l at Jinjiang Nilong Group Co.,Limited, and they have completely stopped communicating with me. They had a design that they needed to make a slight modification (literally make hole bigger) to fit a bottle that was shipped to them. They took forever, then sent me a video of it "working" so I approved the mold. When I got the mold, I found out the changed the entire design to something that would be more expensive, that came apart after a few uses, and with a material that easily broke. No warning, just changed my design. Peter L has stopped responding to me and these delays are potentially putting me out of business!
