The car came with one key

The car came with one key, soaking went inside after valet, smelt badly of smoke, found rizla papers and loose tabaco in the glove box, still not received V5 4 weeks after purchase, the cabin filter was filthy and never been changed I had to do this myself! Only positive was free delivery ! The car is a 2024 Polo for my daughters first car , spent 18K and we are really disappointed.

Hi Initial sales process was good

Hi Initial sales process was good. I am now out of warranty with a five year old Dmax. The experience in the round is as follows.

I bought a 2019 plate dmax. Its ok. Seems reliable and is satisfactory to drive. Carries what I need.

Problems are that at 2000 revs it stutters on hills. The dealership Madely Heath Motors took a less than helpful approach describing it as "a characteristic of the vehicle" Its one they didn't describe before I paid for it.

After about 6 weeks of ownership a vehicle recall notice came through. The recall required a "suspension upgrade". Having completed this (it consists of fixing spring assisters, hardly an upgrade) the vehicle drives like a solid axel cart. Even minor deviations in the road surface results in a loud bang and a very uncomfortable ride.

I paid 20000 plus vat. My mates Hilux was 20500 plus vat. Its a much much better vehicle in every way.

So summarising. Nothing to really complain about... it works it carries stuff around. Would I buy again? NO

Lower your expectations!

Obviously a massive difference in expectation, bought a Mercedes Cabriolet from them and waited 3 weeks for delivery and when the car turned up it was covered in paint Offspray and also runs in the paint where the bumper had been painted, Was told the stone hips in the bonnet would be painted as well but weren’t! Also wheels were “Refurbed” very poorly with paint just applied over the corrosion. Usual sales patter telling you everything would be taken care of, but nobody bothered checking if the work that was to be done was to any kind of standard???

Purchased Fiat 500 WM13YAD from here

Purchased Fiat 500 WM13YAD from here, the sales man (Ian) couldn't be more accommodating, that is until he received payment. False promises and delays but eventually received the car only to find it had multiple faults, even though apparently a pre delivery multi point check is done on all vehicles? 3 month warranty transpired into nothing after receiving NO apologies or even acknowledgement of inconvenience & stress caused, wasn't even offered to get the car repaired, instead received a WhatsApp message 'we will collect the Fiat 500 tomorrow' no apology, no time given, nothing! Terrible experience probably the worst I have even had buying a second hand car. I cannot put into words how awful we were treated & the total lack of empathy, remorse for selling us a car with multiple faults that I had to identify, even down to getting our money refunded was another mess, incorrect information, useless absolutely unbelievable.
