I don’t actually know where to start!!! If you love to cook, love to eat, and rarely get any takeaway food that doesn’t totally disappoint.... this is the answer to your prayers!
In all the years I’ve spent making my own pastes, trying every shop bought/ farm shop offering & buying the occasional takeaway, I’ve never had a Thai red curry like the one I had tonight!! This is an absolutely exceptional paste. 100% recommend adding the shrimp paste, which adds the most incredible depth & that totally authentic Thai taste. Mae Jum, you are an absolute genius. The delivery was so fast, and I’m so glad I found you! Merry Christmas xxxx

Brilliant Products
Our original introduction to the products was a sampler present from our daughter, sent to to us and her brother. We all agree that we would absolutely recommend the product. Customer service is second to none, product is excellent, suggested recipes are easy to follow and quick to cook and the results are so incredible. You must try this and you will be convinced of the quality and taste.

Best curry pastes on the market! I feel like we have struck culinary gold! The rich spices in Mae Jum's incredible Thai curry pastes are just full of well balanced flavour. You can tell they use fresh and high quality ingredients. You can smell it wafting into the air as soon as you start cooking with them. Your curries will seriously impress friends and family - we just keep using them. I wouldn't be without them now I've discovered them!

Simply stunning. From the fresh and fragrant pastes, to the beautiful designs of the sleeves (with a recipe for that particular paste on the back), I urge you to try every one of the six curry pastes available. Great communication at every point along the journey, ranging from advice on the use of the pastes, to being notified of the status of your order. Simply excellent!

Green Curry perfection
Tried the green curry with chicken and was really good.. The instructions on the packet make it all so easy to cook ... I have tried several other curry pastes but Mae Jim hits tbe spot ...

Really good product
Really good product, Not had anything this good from any supermarket. Note that you really don't need to go crazy with the paste as I did initially as it makes it super spicy!!! Use a little less and you still get all the flavour but with less spice.

Thank you, Neil. You are right. We should suggest adding shrimp paste if available, I add it myself when cooking as it's a common ingredient in my kitchen, but perhaps less common for others. However, excluding shrimp paste in our products was intentional (find out why here https://bit.ly/2PmHn7G). Jum.
