I brought the mafiabikes Pablo Park and within a couple of rides the bikes sprocket and hub came loose I tried Titan it and and it kept coming loose it is not worth it.

Bent forks. Quickly sorted, but at additional cost
Bike turned up with bent forks.
Due to low stock levels I had to pay upgrade the forks to get a useable bike in the timescale I had.
To be fair, the people I spoke to at Stomp were helpful in getting me sorted out and gave me a huge discount on the upgrade forks.
Second bike I've had through Stomp, both had an issue. Quality control needs improving.
Will I buy from them again? - depends how well this bike holds up after a few months I guess.

Best bike company going
Mafiabikes is the best bike company going. There bikes are really good quality at a amazing prices. In the past I have bought a lot of grips,I normally get through them really quickly but when I bought the grips off of mafia I haven’t needed to change them because of the great quality. They have a great team and there are really trustworthy.

Great bike
Great bike, perfect colouring on the bike very strong chain which is always good, even with all the skids the rear tyre is still holding up very pleased would recommend 5/5
Great product, average service.
Great product, exactly as described and pictured on the website. Allen keys to put bike together were very basic and not strong enough for the job, luckily we had our own. Customer service could have been better, we requested a Saturday delivery but told this was not an option. Even though we were prepared to pay extra there was no effort to accommodate our request. Would we recommend Mafia Bikes? Yes, but only because they had the bike we wanted.

Great bike , easy to assemble. happy kid! I could have done without no confirmation of the first order, ordering again and having two bikes . That was 5 april , today is the 23 I still have the other bike and you still have my money. These things happen which is why 4 stars. Pretty generous really but like I said, great bike.

My boy loves his bike. Arrived on time and packaged well, the only complaint i have is brakes squeel rather loudly and the back tyre wore down on just one part of the tyre???? Within 2 weeks.

The service I received from Stomp was…
The service I received from Stomp was awful. The bike arrived faulty. I had to pay a specialist to prove it was manufacturing damage. Then had to argue I wanted a new bike. Derek from stomp was very sarcastic and told me I signed up knowing they do not replace, even though it was damage in the factory. My son was without a bike for 4 weeks. They gave me a replacement part which was meant to be sent to the bike shop but sent to my address, then I had to pay £30 for the bike shop to fit the part. Absolutely disgusting customer service. A damaged bike caused by the suppliers but I end up paying for the damage. My son is in a bike team and I have warned other parents of this. Will never use Mafia bikes again as they use Stomp as a second person. Shame really as Mafia had a good reputation.

Brilliant customer service
Brilliant customer service! When we got the bike, unfortunately the back tyre had a puncture and Billy helped with getting a replacement tube out. He was so helpful and knowledgeable (I sent a picture of the tyre and he told me it was back to front). I will definelty be shopping here again as my daughter is getting into biking now. Thank so much.

Terrible experience
Terrible experience. Took four weeks to have working bike.
Got a BMX for my son for his 13th. It arrived with a scratch on the forks. It was not possible to assemble it as the top cap bolt was faulty. We were sent a replacement bolt which was also faulty. So they sent some new forks, thinking that was the problem. But they sent the wrong shaped forks, and the wrong colour. So they didnt work. BUT, the top cap bolt did finally work with the original forks. So good to go, pumped up the tyres, but rear tyre was faulty, with a big bulge. So wheel would not turn. So then had to be sent a new rear tyre. The whole thing was a comedy of errors. About four weeks after my son's birthday we finally have a working bike. And I am an experienced cyclist with my own workshop. I would never buy from them again.
...post script. You can see the mafia bikes comment back. They are right to say hey sent all these things. I appreciate the goodwill gestures. But they avoid the point that they still sent a faulty bike. A scratched bike. Then a faulty top cap. Then the wrong forks. And it took several weeks for this all to lead to a working bike. The tone of their response to my comments matches the tone of a lot of their Comms to us. I love bikes. I have a load of them. I support Uk bike companies. But this is the only time I have had so many issues with a new Bike. I don’t understand why they are just trying to make out I was ungrateful for their efforts. It is quite reasonable to expect a working bike. With unscratched Paint. Tyres that have been inflated to check they are not faulty. And the right and working replacement products. The inability to be sympathetic to my experience may be at the heart of the issue.
