Trying to make contact with MFB is virtually impossible. I telephoned endless number of times, waited for more than half a an hour - still no response. There is no email address one can use to contact them. Disgusted by the impossibility of making contact, I wanted to close the account. Only way to do it, send informatiion by registered post. A week later, received email confirmation of reception of my letter (no-response email address), stating my account would be closed within a month!! A month, ridiculous. No doubt they just want to be able to make another monthly account charge. KEEP WELL AWAY FROM MFB.

Stay away! Worst bank ever!
I haven't been able to access my money since i open the account, 3 months ago. I never received any of the 3 cards that they supposedly sent me. There was no way i could access my money (they wouldn't allow me to transfer money to my partner or a friend, so that i could have some cash). 1,5 month ago, i sent a letter to close the account. I am still waiting on my money (even though it supposedly should take 30 days). The people at the hotline are completely useless. The only thing they can do is blame whatever is happening on other service providers (the post office for the cards i never received, my email provider for emails i should have received but never did, etc.). If i didn't have a partner, i wouldn't have been able to eat, pay my rent, live my life.

I wanted to close the account and the staff convinced me that even when I relocate from France I can still use the services.

Website looks like its still in testing phase, application is even worse! I never received the card and it took me more than 2 months to close the account (which im not sure if its yet closed). Also, noone speaks english, do not get confused by the english-like name they have .
Pros: The guys in the Messenger are responsive.

Never ever again! For 6 months and over 7 times asked to get the verification code to start the app. Never received the mail. Support service is nice but no use as the process of sending the codes is not set up properly via recommended letters, not the cheapest simple ones that always get lost.
Hours spent on the phone to explain the situation, even offered to pay myself that recommended letter.
