The necklace was TINY, only measures 15 inches in length, the initial is extremely small and there are rough edges, unfinished connections. Just really a sad necklace. I have emailed the company with pictures. Hopefully they issue a refund.

The jewelry and gift wrap look nice but the gift was delivered late. I was also not able to change the delivery address and the gift was sent to my address instead of to the person I wanted to give the present to.

After I placed my order I had to email with a change and I was told “no problem!”

These bracelets are crafted with care, durability and beauty. The colors are a varied choice and do not fade. I have been at the beach, pool and stays the same.
I thought I had lost one of my bracelets and I purchased another one.
I was cleaning out my linen drawer and there it was!!!!
Now I have four of them!!!

There are several products this company makes that I like a lot.

I received my bracelet yesterday. I love it! I chose the pink cord because I’m battling Stage 4 breast cancer. The bracelet is so pretty and dainty on my wrist. I’ll wear it every day. Thank you for making such a beautiful piece of jewelry that is very special to me.

Paid for a rose gold necklace and did not receive. Customer service is a joke and says I received a the correct product

I was looking for a unique way to wear a remembrance piece and stumbled upon this website. The circle engraved option was so simple and beautiful! I ordered it but due to some production issues beyond the company's control it took a bit longer; however the constant communication with the customer service agent was an A++!!! They sent me updates everyday, always apologized and went above and beyond to keep me informed. I received my necklace and it's gorgeous and exactly what I was looking for. It was well worth the wait and I will be a repeat customer because of the amazing service they provided!

HORRIBLE!!…my husband gave me a jewelry from this store for mother days and after one day wearing it turns brown. Customer Service is horrible because they don’t accept return after 14 days and they I going to make sure to sent your jewelry after 14 days. Don’t buy anything here if you don’t want to waste your money.

BAD QUALITY. Also, very bad customer service. Do not purchase jewelry from this company. My husband purchased me a rose gold necklace for Mother’s Day and it tarnished after wearing it just one day! We couldn’t believe it. Not it just looks dirty and very cheap. I am so disappointed. We reached out to their customer service and they said I would have to pay to have it “fixed.” I'm not sure how they can fix that and it would probably just happen again. I asked if I could please return it and they would not let me since it was past 14 days. My husband never would have purchased this if he knew it would be such bad quality and that they wouldn’t accept a return on their faulty item. He purchased the necklace before Mother’s Day and I did not receive or wear it until after that day so inevitably we are outside the return window. This company is a scam.

I ordered a bracelet (am in the UK) total price was £113 (including £27 shipping) - DHL was their appointed courier.
The courier delivered it on Friday (it was due Monday but suddenly changed), ignored my instructions to leave in a safe place and left it, clearly visible in my post box next to the garden gate (to access the property) on a busy street.
The package was not there when I got home.
Magal will accept no responsibility as I did not take their Shipping Protection.
This option is not visible on the order form (i.e.a ‘tick box’) nor does the order form reference the Shipping Protection and therefore I was completely unaware of the facility or that I needed it.
Magal will accept no responsibility that I do not have what I ordered as they have the ‘protection’ that apparently I chose not to take, nor will they accept that as not on the order form how could the buyer know about it….
Do not recommend anyone buys from them on the UK as they are not interested if anything goes ‘wrong’..

The option to insure your delivery, on top of the £27 shipping fee, is not displayed (as an option) on the ‘order’ page nor on the confirmation.
It is however buried on the website and not easy to find
If it’s that important, Magal need to add a line on the page where orders are placed and be very clear how shoddy they are….

Ordering was easy, still awaiting my shipment though. Emails were replied to quickly.

I order a 14” necklace. It is absolutely beautiful but a little too snug for me. I reached out to return and instead was offered a solution. To send an extender free of charge. Problem solved. This is my second necklace I’ve ordered and love them both. Thank you for such quality work and service
