This plugin is exactly what I needed, and customer service has been absolutely awesome. Lots of customization options to get the look I wanted. I had a couple of questions and customer service responded almost immediately with helpful information. Would definitely recommend.

Summary - previous developer didn't provide the admin details for the Mega Menu M2 module before they went bust and therefore our new developer couldn't update on our site. We explained the situation to Magedelight and they resolved with no fuss and a quick turnaround. Excellent customer service and very refreshing to deal with such a helpful vendor. Highly recommend them and the module.

Absolutely awful customer service. We purchased their MegaMenu extension for Magento 2, and it did not meet our needs. It was wrought with performance issues, and very limited in function.

We were confident making this purchase as they offered a 45 day refund policy.

After opening two support tickets, (literally) 14 emails, and seven requests for refund, we were told “you haven’t given us a valid reason - so we’re rejecting your request”.

I would never use Magedelight for any reason again. We have extensions through 6 developers, and Magedelight is by far the worst we have encountered.
