Wij hanteren de niet tevreden geld terug regel. Wanneer u niet tevreden bent neemt u direct contact met ons op en wij regelen de rest! Wij werken met verschillende opdrachtgevers en doen dit met totale zorg. Iedere dag is weer een nieuwe dag, waarin wij van Magic Cleaners zorgen voor een uiterst schone en zeer frisse woon & werkomgeving. Wij werken uitsluitend met vakbekwaam personeel en dankzij hun sectorspecifieke kennis leveren wij service, betrouwbaarheid & een brandschoon resultaat. Dus mocht het toch voorkomen dat u niet tevreden bent, kijken we eerst samen of we tot een goede oplossing komen.

2 cleaners came, one was very good, the other not. We had to redo his work afterwards.
around 40% of white plastic surfaces have to be re-done, still dirty. That's what happens when you don't rinse the cloth regularly. it smears.
All the lower cabinets of the kitchen, forgotten about.
The bathroom was very good, exceptionally good in shower and glass surfaces.

I've been choosing between MBCleaningService and another, wich was twice as cheap. In the end, I've chosen MBCleaningService because they promptly and politely contacted me and because I hoped that for that amount of money my questions would be resolved promptly and qualitatively. As a result, I paid for 3.5 hours of cleaning work in my house the sum which was initially stated as the cost of 5 hours cleaning and did not receive any feedback for a request to provide clarifications. Eventually overpaid 2.5 times for an unfriendly service.
