I decided to take a chance with my initial purchase of a Queen size duvet cover, that I decided to get 2 additional ones within minutes of watching their video of the production and care their seamstress showed in the creation of these beautiful linen duvets. Okay, maybe I was slightly feeling whimsical and I needed to believe that this company would not disappoint me; I've not had a great deal of luck in finding something in the stores or Amazon and was extremely hesitant about any company that was so far away from the western part of Canada where I live. Magic Linen was more than gracious in their correspondence with me and before too long the production process began and I was wondering how long it would take. It wasn't more than five days later; with a tracking number provided, that I received my first duvet; having been already in stock and it was stunning! I mean seriously! It was simply beautiful work that the seamstress did on this duvet cover and I immediately washed it so I could sleep with it that very night. Oh my god did I sleep well. I cannot believe that I could have missed out on having this in my life because I didn't take that leap of faith. The other 2 are on there way across the globe 🌎 and will be here in a few days and I can't wait to show them off to my family. Please never hesitate with this company; they are fabulous beyond words and the quality of their Linen is simply magical...

Magic Linen has absolutely the Most Superb Quality and Excellently Made Linen Clothing we have ever found. Their clothes are soft, comfortable and beautifully made. Over the last 4 years we have purchased All our linen clothing from Magic Linen and would go nowhere else. Their Customer Service is also excellent & responsive - always willing to exchange or return and answer any questions.

The buttons came off after 8 months and the ties in the corner broke. I went to write a review and they don’t allow people to write reviews. The customer service rep was like oh I’m not sure how to do that can we call you back? Literally all their reviews are fake. Why can’t I find the spot to write my review on the product I bought?

The company wouldn’t even send me some replacement ties, thread, and some buttons to sew on myself. They sent me a 20% off coupon to repurchase their product. That’s hilarious

While these sheets are very pretty ( I got a custom sized sham), there is NO way to sleep on them because the linen is so scratchy. I tried everything they said to soften them…..soaking them in baking soda, soaking them in vinegar, etc. washed them at least 10 times but they are still so scratchy they gave me a rash on my face. They seem to be drapery quality….not a soft linen that would be used for linens or clothing. I’m very disappointed and would not recommend these to anyone wanting to sleep with them. They were good with making me what I wanted, in the size I wanted, but the quality is just not there. It’s really too bad.

If you like feeling of sand paper on your skin then these are the sheets for you. Slept horribly with these sheets which makes me feel that these sheets are horrendously over priced for what they offer in comfort. I wouldn't recommend buying them.
