What you should keep doingPlease keep the fast dispatch times, broad stock variety, and clear communication around orders. These are major reasons I return. Your competitive pricing and consistent availability of sealed products are also big positives for collectors.

What would make the experience even betterI’d love to see more targeted communication based on purchase trends. As a collector, it would be incredibly helpful if you could recommend items within the same collecting space — for example, alternative artworks, related sealed products, or expansions that typically follow from previous purchases. Linked categories or “you may also like” suggestions would make browsing more intuitive.

Additionally, the ability to request specific booster pack artwork (when stock allows) would be a huge improvement for collectors trying to complete artwork sets. This would reduce duplicate purchases and make the experience feel more personalised
