A Truly Magical Moving Experience with Magic Movers!

If you’re looking for a moving company that goes above and beyond, Magic Movers is the one. From start to finish, my move was an absolute breeze thanks to their impeccable service. The team made what’s usually a stressful experience feel effortless—every detail was managed with care and precision.

A special shout out to Milan, JP, and Samantha, who were beyond exceptional. They weren’t just professional; they were solution-oriented every step of the way. Whether it was a tricky piece of furniture, last-minute timing changes, or ensuring everything was packed securely, they had it covered. Their level of organisation and efficiency was unmatched, and they worked seamlessly together to make the entire process smooth and stress-free.

What really stood out to me was the care and attention they gave to my belongings, along with their positive, can-do attitude. Moving is rarely easy, but thanks to this incredible team, I felt like I was in the best hands possible. And the timing? Spot on. They truly made moving feel like a magical experience.

Guys showed up on time. Picked up and dropped off everything in record time. Very nice team to work with.

The absolute worst experience from beginning to end. They are extremely abusive to the customer and use opd fashioned cheezy methods to scam money from their clients while at the same time doing a horrible job. I specifically hired them for packing services, as I never pack things well. They sent someone out with no packing materials other than boxes not even tape. I personally had tape and a huge rollsmof bubble wrap. I let him pack and didn't supervise although in a nearby room. When he got into the kitchen after packing up eveything there was only glasses from my kitchen cupboard. The supervisor called me and said they were charging me for an additional man and for tissue paper to be driven to my house. He charged me 150 euro extra for this. Nearly half of eveything he packed was delicate and he used no tissue paper. He packed eveything except one set of glasses. Eveything was done in one hour and told me to throw most things out that they weren't worth the effort of packing although I wanted the items. When I tried to have the items sent from storage, I then dealt with someone who lied and was unbelievably unprofessional and ended costing me 600 extra (nearly double of what I should have paid) not even to Magic Movers'benfit as I paid a lot of extra uneeded money to dhl as a result of multiple lies by the customer service person. It was some young guy that kept telling me that he was doing me a favor. He gave me wrong weight measurements of packages costing me nearly double. Worse almost every fragile item arrived busted. I couldn't believe how ceramic/ glass items were just thrown in together inside the boxes with no wrapping of any kind. They charged me 600 euro for one hour and all they did was break my stuff. When I contacted them, I spoke nasty woman that simply said that they never had any complaints about that employee before. The other employee that I have messages and convos clearly showing he lied, they made no remedy. This is immoral, abusive, company that is ran in antiquated scamming type of fashion. I am reporting to several agencies about this unethical company. I wish we could post phots here to show how they packed

In the beginning they called me many times to make a deal with marketing promises. On the movingday itself they did not come, called them hundredtimes finally show up with only 1 man(the other small boy waiting in the truck). My furnitures, tv, washingmachine…were moving upside down. My worst experience!

Booked & confirmed the time 2weeks before. They did not come until end of the day (supposed to come 5 hours earlier). To move my washingmachine they did it only by 1man. After he moved my washing machine, I cant totally use it anymore…defect! Avoid this company!

Great service from Magic Movers in Haarlem. They were on time and completed service as required. Nothing got lost or broken on the way. We moved from Amsterdam to Paris. Milan and Anderson provided us with a friendly efficient and reliable service.

My journey lasted almost a year with the company everything went well till the moment that I wanted to move my stuff from the locker that the company provided me back to the house. When I tried to open a lock I founded that the locks ware changed- I couldn’t get to my locker so I called the company. I was informed on the spot that they moved my stuff to different location because the place was to expensive for them. So without informing me they breach my privacy and moved to the place that my belongings ware kept with things of other people - how I know ? I got a painting from a different person that my stuff was kept together. After that I had to wait more than 2 hours till the company packed my stuff to the track and brought it to me to the warehouse where I was renting the locker. The stuff was mostly damaged and the boss of the company was present there and he promised me that the things will be solved with the insurance. Some boxes ware also lost with my kitchen stuff. The company gave me the guarantee that nothing will happen with my stuff that I have private space for myself that no one can breach. Instead the insurance money that I payed went for nothing, was 5 months that I was communicating with a person that was responsible for it and she claimed it was not possible to claim the money from insurance. I would definitely not recommend this company to anyone because they just don’t fulfill their contract. I would give 0 stars if I could.
After 2 years an owner wrote me a comment under my google review to contact him. I wrote an email -no respond after 1 week. I called his office- customer service person had no idea what he wanted with this message. It was promised to me he will call me ASAP. No call till now... Another empty promises and a
lack of professionalism from this company once again. After 3 years I would again give 0 stars. For trying to look good on the social media instead of taking care of the real customers.

I had great experience with my 2 movers - Berat and Wilsong.
Mover came in earlier and realized that some additional help and custom solutions are needed. They improvised to move everything smoothly. In delivery apartment, they also helped me to move very heavy furniture to other room. Nothing was damaged.
Suggestion from organizational perspective:
I had to pay for move immediately after everything was packed, which I didn't know about. That should be clearly stated, because there was potential problem - since price was so high, my money transfer was blocked because of daily limits (and I had to do it through phone because PC was packed, also needed internet still) so I was lucky enough that my ABN AMBRO card reader was not packed, so I could validate the transfer. If that would be packed, I would be in bigger trouble. So maybe warn customers about it to avoid stress.

2 hours delayed for an agreed pickup, lied to my face and said the truck was on its way when it wasn’t. No apology and refused any type of compensation. Very poor. Stay well away!

The move from Amsterdam to Germany was perfect with Magic Movers. They arrived at the agreed time, were super friendly, helpful and did a great job. Thanks a lot!

That magic they never turned up to move my 70 year old mother messages ignored and cut off on phone so stressful for her today AVOID

These guys are aggressive sellers, they’ll keep calling you more than once a day need be (for them).
They kept calling me and eventually did what I should not have done, made a “non-binding” booking (which I technically can cancel if over 48hrs, free of charge). But in my schedule a few days ahead of moving houses, other related commitments, and in a full time work, I made a confusion with dates of the booking. When two mornings ahead of the booking I realised I didn’t need that booking and wanted to cancel, they regretted to tell me I had to pay 50% of the booking fee as such are their rules. Non negotiable.
Long story short I paid that 50% and then customer service contacted me to give me a 10% discount because of the confusion situation. When I said I had paid and asked would that mean Magic movers would return the difference, she disappeared.
That, I understand, is part of how this company makes money. The degree of disgust on how some people make money on you, is beyond words.

Had a wonderful experience with Paul, Ivan and Milan. They worked great as a team, super funny and just made me feel relaxed. All of them had their expertise and just worked so well together. All my stuff went into storage so I cant comment if anything was damaged. But I would love to request the same guys again when I move my furniture out of storage.

The service and all the communication with the planning department was excellent. Milan and Sil moved our stuff and they were extremely careful, fast and kind! Thank you! I definitely recommend them.

Nonsense from beggining to end.
While getting a quote already, over the phone the guy told me +1 mover would be 80 euros. Then sent a quote of 150 extra.
Do NOT believe their boxes policy, they tell you you pay 1 euro and get ut back if your erurn the boxes. In reality you pay 3 euros and out of 3 you get 1 back. Get your own boxes, this is the most expensive box ever.
They will also scam you by saying if the moving time increases/decreases the price will change. I had 4 friends helping so cut the box moving time to 14+22 minutes (I was quoted for 90 minutes), yet they charged me for the 90 minutes.
On top of this, I booked a slot 12-2pm, at 1pm they called me they will come at 3-6 but U am not allowed to cancel without paying the full amount (onyl they are allowed to mess with your time). They showed up at 8pm.

Super happy with their services. I needed an urgent service in amsterdam west and they where there within the hour. Super happy and highly recommend. Everyone very professional!
