The billing, tracking, and support from the company issuing MagicSpam are absolutely terrible, with no improvements for years.
Every year, I receive a bill, only to be told that my payment cannot be processed—even though my credit card is valid, and I ensure that the information in their system is up to date. Yet, nothing works.
I ordered MagicSpam for three servers, and they still fail to provide a proper invoice tied to the licenses. Their outdated billing system and communication practices remain unchanged after years.
Invoices lack critical details, such as an order number or any reference to the actual order I placed. The entire process has been a chaotic and frustrating mess for far too long.
