Matlock review

Great customer service, timely responses

Made a couple of large purchases with Maglocks and every single time, the experience was very very good! The customer service and response time to technical support is extremely good. I am glad to have an ally in the field of locksmithing and access control that is close by.

Purchased a 4 door system

Purchased a 4 door system, all of the hardware worked great!

The software could use some updating/upgrading. Customer service was also a little lacking. When I was researching the product it didn't seem like they wanted to talk to me unless I had made a purchase.

I will be purchasing another two 4 door systems for our other locations shortly!

Best Door Locking System Period

We bought the Maglocks door system for our small business and it works great. The keyless card entry system makes it easy for me and my employees to get in an out without all the hassle.

The only thing I would recommend is getting your electrician to install it if your not someone who typically does this kind of stuff.

Other than that I highly recommend it, anyone.
