everything work perfectly, without inconveniences.

Pretty unhappy that my shipping cost was so high! It could have simply been mailed!? I feel like because I bought your system years ago I have to buy the cards from maglocks. So in turn I basically pay .75 per card to ship plus $1.00 per card in brokerage fees. If it's mailed probably could have avoided these useless fees.
It is what it is but needed to express my displeasure.

The magnetic door lock kit was shipped, pretty much immediately, and arrived, very fast. It did exactly as we had hoped, and so far has worked great. Our electrician made a phone call for tech support, and got the required help. No complaints whatsoever.

Order was shipped reasonably quick, but tracking information online would be great. I received the parts weeks ago, but order still shows as "pending"

All representatives I spoke with were knowledgeable and helpful. Returned all messages in a timely manner. This was very different from other lock companies I spoke with. Most did not even get back to me. Shipment arrived quickly with all parts. Installation was quick and easy! I would definitely recommend maglocks.

Third time ordering. Absolutely love Maglocks bollard covers. They fit very snug and the material is very durable. I can't believe how they changed the look of our shop and storage units. Very NICE!

The staff were Incredibly helpful with problem I had with wireless keyfob for door lock. A customer service person called after my online order to make sure I had an existing system that would work with the key fob. Then told me how to pair it to my existing receiver. It worked!!! Thank you thank you.
