The minute I walked through the door I knew I was going to purchase my kitchen from Magnet. I was greeted by Julia Chang who was so very helpful and didn’t stop smiling. I had certain specifics in mind and each and every one of them were resourced and sorted. From Julia’s visit to me for measuring and suggestion of various ideas through to the delivery and after care she has been nothing but first class.
The kitchen is fabulous, the service was fabulous and I definitely can not recommend them enough - in fact I have !!

Ashleigh was extremely knowledgeable and informative. We had some off the shelf ideas which she was happy to consider and came up with innovative ways to get around issues. Would recommend.

DO NOT GET FOOLED BY CHEAP PRICES!! You get what you pay for. One month after fitting, the paint chipped so only buy if you want white doors. Do not be drawn into push fit soft close drawers, they last about 3 months. If you want a very basic white kitchen, consider Magnet but Ikea is cheaper and better quality

Since reading this review, someone called Molly offered to look after not this but left no contact details so a very insincere offer and complaints procedure.

Magnet saw this review and someone called Molly responded and asked for pictures which I am very happy to share but Molly didn’t leave any con act details so I have been unable to follow up with them. Molly, if you read this, please respond and give potential customers some comfort the Magnet takes complaints seriously.

Georgia was so helpful and professional. She was attentive and was very focused on the small details. Probably one of the best kitchen designers we have had. Nothing was too much trouble , she was patient and polite. Clearly understands her products and the services Magnet offers. A very personal service thanks Georgia.

Mark Cuss from the Swindon store was absolutely brilliant in dealing with my query.

I was missing items from my kitchen delivery and felt anxious as I was unsure what the parts were for or even what they were called.

Mark handled the situation in store with patience and identified the issue. His calm approach immediately put me at ease.
His customer service skills are excellent and he is a credit to Magnet Kitchens.

Our experience with Magnet Caterham was great. Everyone we spoke to or dealt with there was very friendly & helpful. The store itself is set out to give you as much help with ideas as you need. Our kitchen was built from scratch as we had an extension and remodel to the ground floor of our house so it was all plans for a while which made seeing it installed all the more exciting.
Our kitchen designer was Anam, she was super helpful in putting our ideas into reality and advising on things we were unsure of and adding helpful information and tweeks to our plans where she felt it needed.

Hasan at the Beckenham branch was extremely helpful, providing plans and applying all available discounts. The initial meeting was relaxed and productive. I would recommend anyone looking for a new kitchen to give Magnet a try.

I had an issue with a project i was doing and seeked help from Magnet trade, Corstorphine 8640. Billy Cassidy was exceptionally helpful and brought to bare his considerable knowledge to find cost effective solutions to enable my project to be completed. Many thanks Billy.

If you are thinking of getting a new kitchen then Magnet is the place to go
From choosing which one to the design process it is a very enjoyable experience
You won't be disappointed,from the drawer under the oven, to the plastic strip on the kickboards just adds to the quality.
But the jewel in Magnets crown is Russ the fitter, his attention to detail is amazing, the ideas he comes up with while installing just add to the fitted kitchen experience, if something is not quite right he will sort it until it is right
My fitted kitchen was completed on Thursday, needless to say I am overjoyed with it

We used Magnet Merthyr for our new kitchen after visiting several other well known kitchen suppliers.
They stood out massively for their welcome and friendliness from our first visit. The patience extended by Jessica, Jonathan and ‘the lads’ from design, through all the changes we made to completion was greatly appreciated. Nothing was too much trouble for them.

Went to an in-person design consultation, and the appointment went great, but the designer never proposed a kitchen to me. I never heard back from Magnet.

Sarah helped us to choose a kitchen to suit our needs.
Magnet have a very good range of units and worktops and a well laid out Haverfordwest showroom.

The visit to Magnet and design plan were just what we wanted. The design consultant listened to what we wanted and gave us inspirational plans based on our ideas. There was no hard sell, just information and options. Would definitely recommend.

A big thank you to Elizabeth at the Guiseley store... We are absolutely delighted with our new kitchen.

The whole process from start to finish has been brilliant and completely stress-free. Elizabeth has been outstanding throughout – nothing has ever been too much trouble, and the level of customer service she provided was second to none. She kept us informed every step of the way and was always happy to help with any questions or changes.
Rob, our fitter, was also fantastic. His workmanship was excellent, he was professional, reliable, and again, nothing was too much trouble. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was completed to a high standard.

We couldn't be happier with the end result and would highly recommend Magnet to anyone considering a new kitchen. Thank you to Elizabeth, Rob, and the whole team for making the experience such a positive one!

Had a kitchen fitted in January and in February the compressed Laminate worktop bowed and split the joint and separated from the sink.
Sent numerous emails and no response then found out the Sevenoaks branch had closed. Finally got hold of head office with promises that they will return my called That’s a laugh.
More phone calls and emails. We are now in June. And they have sent it to there insurance for an investigation. Naw another wait while water leaks from the sink to the cuboard.

What a joke this company is. Spent £22,000,00
On a kitchen with a grantee for 10 years. Haha that a joke too.

Now with a Solicitor.

We had brilliant service from Nathan in Aberystwyth from start to finish. We didnt really know what we wanted and Nathan's practical ideas and workable solutions really helped us get the perfect kitchen. Would highly recommend to anybody.

Immediate attention without an appointment.
Great empathy with our selves. Spent far more time than we expected 3 hours! Answered all questions . Provided detailed quotes and pictures and offered finance. Lee is the advisor. Swansea branch . Big recommendation!!

Our kitchen journey began with a visit to Magnet in Inverness, where we were met by our designer Paul. From our first visit, to the kitchen being delivered we were guided through the process in a friendly, helpful and professional manner. Paul responded quickly to any questions or communication we made through the My project which was very helpful given we lived a distance from the store.
We are absolutely loving our new kitchen and would highly recommend Magnet to anyone considering a new kitchen.

As a professional tradesmen Hastings Magnets have never let me down in the many years of using them the service received there is second to none and any issues are quickly resolved in a timely fashion I would like to say that the trade Manager Jack Bonner is a great contact there and his team creates a great professional service many thanks
