We have been under the care and expert guidance of Lucia Kostelnik at the Sevenoaks branch of Magnet Kitchens, and we couldn't be happier with the experience.

Lucia has been incredibly helpful, proactive, and kind throughout our kitchen design journey from day one. Her artistic talent really shone when we needed advice on colour schemes and ensuring that everything worked together beautifully, both aesthetically and functionally.

She has kept us informed every step of the way with regular calls and emails, and her communication and attention to detail have been outstanding. It's clear that she genuinely cares about her clients and takes great pride in her work.

We were very impressed with the layout of Magnet Sevenoaks. Easy to walk round and see lots of different units, appliances and work tops. Meeting with Lucia Kostelnik and her time spent with us advising about the design and layout of our new kitchen. We felt that nothing was too much trouble for her and we were both very impressed with her knowledge and professionalism. So now looking forward to our lovely new kitchen!

After looking around locally at other kitchen suppliers we visited Magnet at Otford and were immediately impressed with their showroom displays. Lucia took over our order and took us through the process of visiting our home, designing the kitchen with us giving is improved ideas on our choices which we went on to include in the final plans. Lucia was always available to see us in person or talk through changes whenever required.
Magnet were also very helpful regarding storing the new kitchen locally before our fitter delivered on to our home.

Having narrowed our choice of kitchen suppliers down to two companies it was a toss up which one we would choose … and then we came across Lucia Kostelnik, Kitchen Designer at Magnet Kitchens, and our decision was made.
Lucia has a wealth of experience, is full of ideas and enthusiasm and her attention to detail is second to none. She made the whole process from start to finish simple and straightforward, and my wife and I are absolutely delighted with the finished product, our new kitchen Is exactly as we had wished for.
