I like these eyelashes they are so easy to use and look great 😍

I am not paid to write this .I order 2 eyelash kit from them one came to me with one eyelash mess up they email me and said we make it up for you WHICH THEY DID thank you so much.the only thing I didnt like is if u want to return it will cost you more money to do so ..it's on you to pay for the return . And it came in quick to about 8 days on one about 10 on the another one

I purchased the starter kit or so I thought. My card was charged but never received confirmation. Numerous emails to tell me my order was being processed and I would receive confirmation and tracking and still nothing. Every time I message then I get a new email with same person asking me for my info and order number. I'll never buy from a company that doesn't have live customer service. I will dispute with my bank since they can't seem to send me order info.

Ordered the Kourtney lash kit May 3rd 2020 and still have not received them. I keep emailing support, and they say my lashes should be here any day. Still waiting. And they don't want to remedy the situation. Very unsatisfied customer here.

I ordered May 22 , 2020 and still have not received my lash order. After multiple emails they keep saying the order will be there in a few days...it’s now July 22 ( 2 months after ordered) and I still have not received my package They will not refund my money. Do not order from this company

The product is really posh and came in a nice black matte box with the lashes, glue and magnetic tweezers. The packaging is nice and professional. It was very easy to apply lashes and it looked just as described. I was always skeptical about the lash glue but this one was easy to rub off - using a q-tip to do quick clean up and used a make up remover pad to take off after usage. It was an easy process and no irritation.

The only reason this product lost a star is due to the shipping issue and instruction card. The shipping took over 2 months to Vancouver, Canada. I ordered this product early May and did not receive until July 21, 2020. The only good thing that came out of this was the representative who handled this. She was responsive and immediately shipped another package. The instruction card or ingredients card provided was in French only, not sure if it is because I am in Canada but I would till prefer an English version.

Overall - it's a product worth trying, easy to apply, easy to take off.

I love the feeling of it and it’s easy to apply . When my order was damaged Magnetic SL customer service representatives were able to quickly fix the issue and helped in so much ways . I was able to feel relieved and relaxed that my order will be in good hands and makes your money’s worth .

It took 4 months to receive my lashes after sending at least 4 emails and requesting a refund due to it not coming for so long. When they finally arrived the instructions were not in English. Will not be buying from this company again.

Worst experience ever. Ordered in June which took 3 weeks to come which wasn’t too bad but the product was damaged. Contacted the company straight back and sent pictures of broken item. After 18 emails between us I have now been advised to stop messaging as this will prolong my replacement. This has been over a month since I requested a replacement and over a week and a half since I asked for a refund instead. Of the 18 messages 4 of them were the same response from them asking for my order number and type of lashes, to which I responded to all. Total poor company with worst quality product, flimsy lashes. Will never buy from again

Scammers!!! Run, Run, Run! Worst customer service experience.
I placed order, but after clicking submit I changed my mind and send request to cancel my order. Instead off canceling order they shipped package after 24 hours. Why I need to pay for shipping there stuff back and putting my money on hold, that was wrong.

Love these lashes. The customer service was excellent. My package was delivered to the wrong address. I sent an email and got a quick response. I sent as much information I could regarding authenticity of proof of purchase and postal service information and right away a new package was delivered to me. Very quick shipping. I will recommend the product and customer service.
