Wasted money. When I finally got my lashes after 2 1/2 month wait, one kit had a missing lash and the other kit's lashes weren't made well, plus not what I had ordered. Also, they lead you on with regards to the delivery time. And if you used the promotional code, you are not eligible for a refund, even if you're not happy with your product.

Horrible, just horrible! It took almost 2 months to receive my order. Any time I contacted the company i was responded to with a generic email, sometimes one that had nothing to do with the questions I asked. This company would not answer ANY of my questions. When I finally received my order the lashes only had magnets to the middle of the lash and the liner had a STRONG chemical smell. From the email responses I have read this comoany will not allow you to return your item unless it is unopened (how do i know the condition of the lashes until I open them?) And even if unopened they will not refund you if you use a promo code. Very shady business practice if they are not willing to back their own product by offering returns if something is wrong. I will NEVER order form this company again. It i could give them zero stars i would. Beware.

I have contacted Magnetic SL at least five times about my order that I made back in mid April 2020 and it is June 22, 2020, and I still have not received the lashes I ordered. This company took my money the day I placed my order and I still have no product which equates to fraud to me. Not a good business, and I will never purchase anything from them again.

Complete Scam!!!!! Ordered these lashes in April, more than 2 months later still nothing. I have repeatedly emailed them but they never answer questions directly. Have given me a fake tracking number 3 times!!!!!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

This company is a FRAUD...Join the 500 members on facebook who are in a similar position - They have made a purchase months ago and are receiving fake tracking numbers and complete DISRESPECT for being a customer. DO NOT BOTHER with this fraudulent company.

Magnetic SL does not even deserve 1 Star. I ordered two sets of the lashes Kourtney Kardashian is promoting over three months ago and have never received them. Magnetic SL will not provide tracking information, nor will they refund my money. There are so many lash options on the market now, do not make the mistake of ordering from Magnetic SL, unless you enjoy throwing your money away.

I ordered my item back on April 27. I understand with the current situation that it would delay shipment of items. However, I do not understand how can a company issue a USPS number and when I called the USPS, they say to me there is not such USPS tracking number issued by them. I have tried several times contacting customer service and All I Have received is that they have spoken to the delivery service to expedite. What delivery service, it is USPS and they tell me the number given to me is not USPS number. They claim that there are fake reviewers, BS. I am not. I am still waiting; it is June 19, 2019. Do not buy from them. They seem to have fake over 2k reviewers, don't know how.

I placed an order on April 26th, have not received any product, and they refuse to give my money back.

Recieved a product after two months and it's not even what I ordered. There has been zero customer service and I'm seeing way too many fake 5 star reviews. Magneticsl has also reported 1500 negative reviews that are true in my experience. Never again. Disgrace of a company.

I ordered lashes for a mother’s day gift in early April and it’s now 2 months later and I still haven’t received them! I’ve been emailing with customer service for about a month and they keep saying they’re fixing the situation, but at this point I don’t even want them. They gave 40% off for their own site for compensation. Why would I want to order anything else from them??

Order the first of April still have not received sent numerous emails tracking number shows they were received in Chicago 4/28 and that's the beginning and end of the tracking!!

I don’t normally write reviews but felt it necessary to write one for this company! Magneticsl is a SCAM! If I could give them a zero I would! This company steals your money and will never deliver a product to you! They will provide you with a fake tracking number and will eventually block you from sending inquiries about their product! DO NOT BUY anything from these scammers!

SCAM! I ordered April 29th and still haven’t received my order! Every time I reach out I keep receiving the same answer that my order is on the way! Yet they can’t give me a location on the shipping location. The best part is they have the nerve to offer me 40% off another order. I think it’s fair to say that after 2 months, I won’t be getting the product. I called my credit card company to fight it.

I wish I could rate 0 stars as they are not worthy of even 1 star.
So many others reporting same problem.
Orderes 3 months ago and money taken but nothing received other than automated emails.
They ignore my emails and when asking questions on social media they delete the comments
Once they have your money you will never hear from them again
Please do not order from this company they are scammers.

Same as everyone else, ordered mine 28th April. Followed up with email to which they replied with bogus tracking number and blamed covid for slow delivery. Was suspicious so i googled their reviews and found this site confirming my fears

I ordered them in April I just received them today. Almost three months later. The quality is average at best. Don’t waste your money the ones on Amazon are SO much better and you get three pairs for less money then an average pair for 30 bucks. Nothing but aggravation from this company and terrible customer service for a not worth it product.

I ordered with this company on the 16th or April. It has now been two months and I haven’t received my order. I’ve been sent two tracking numbers that never worked and their customer service is just automated emails telling you nothing. DO NOT ORDER with this company! Absolute scam!

Do not order these lashes, if you’re unlucky like me and the glue’s magnetic feature doesn’t work they won’t refund you or respond to emails.

Update: the company refuse to acknowledge the product they sent was faulty, I sent video evidence of me proving the magnet doesn’t work and they’ve not responded since. It’s been 5 weeks. I basically paid £30 for ordinary lashes that are worth £5.

Worst company with terrible customer service.

I am Canadian and I ordered during Covid with the borders being closed. I received updates throughout.
When my order was stalled, they assisted in getting through customs.
I also love my lashes!
