My account no longer shows as premium, even though I made the annual payment on March 4, 2026.

I'm impressed, it looks like a tool to expand on and explore!
Impressed by its workflow. Everything can be routed to another module/mode and continue work.
I love the photo and vector library - free and premium. And I use the AI tools to change the background or things (like faces) in pictures and photos. I have been using Magnific (originally Freepik) for years.
Terrible customer support. Can’t even provide an invoice.

This is a crap app. It is incapable of following a simple prompt. It changes settings constantly after beginning to create. And, complaining is a useless waste of time. The assistant analyzes the mistakes, apologizes and promises to fix the problem, but it never does. The only thing it does extremely well is gobble up credits.

The good: Able to use references when creating new images.
The bad: The app is much more restrictive regarding content moderation. The web version is much more flexible.
I’ve been using Magnific Tool for a while now and sobrang worth it siya for me. The subscription is reasonable like considering all the features you get especially if you’re using it regularly for work or content.
What I like most is how it provides a reliable solution to tasks that usually take a lot of time. Mas naging efficient yung workflow ko and the results are consistently good. Their service is also impressive. The platform is easy to use updates are helpful and whenever I needed assistance the support was responsive and professional.
Uhm overall if you’re looking for a tool that’s easy to use saves time and delivers quality results I definitely recommend giving Magnific Tool a try. Sulit ang subscription 🙌
It works well for a lot of things. Right now I been changing outfits and I am getting great out comes.
I cannot advise strongly enough against this platform.
If you are looking for a reliable source of generations across different AI models, this is not it.
Their subscriptions are marketed as including "unlimited" generations. In reality, after just one week of a one-month plan, using the service entirely by hand to create the images I needed for my work, they blocked my account from generating anything further without credits.
When I contacted support to dispute the decision, they refused to tell me why my account had been restricted, only surfacing general claims. Instead of an explanation, the only response was that I could still use paid credits. So having already paid for a premium "unlimited" subscription, I am now being asked to pay again, one week into the month, for access that was advertised as included and has since been removed without any justification.
I am raising a formal dispute over the charge with my bank and am reviewing my legal options from here.
Save yourself the money and the frustration. Stay well clear.

Magnific AI has really surprised me. It’s a very powerful tool for enhancing and upscaling images, with natural-looking, high-quality results. The interface is easy to use and it saves a lot of time on visual work. Highly recommended for creators, designers, and professionals who work with graphic content.
nice ai image generator, can't complain.
Joined last month to the sub and they have been adding new features that help us for creatives at the agency. Fair subscription vs others we have tried..
after freepik was taken over by magnific, photos look really low quality. And by that I dont mean resolution, I mean creativity/artistic.

Probably the worst customer service I've ever experienced for an SaaS product. The AI used up all my credits without my knowledge and I have all the proof to prove it. Sent it all to the customer service agent and it's been 8 days and they still "investigating". My credits are depleted and there is not option to top up. The only way is to upgrade your membership. Terrible
