Awful service
Order couldn’t be delivered so I had to track down PostNord to go pick it up at their main facilities outside Stockholm. PostNord said they couldn’t deliver to the pickup point and that the vendor will reach out with new options. No such thing happened. Their customer service is a joke keeps arguing that I can go “try pick it up at the service point,” which didn’t work since it wasn’t delivered there. Horrible.

I'm sorry that you are unhappy with your experience with us. We have tried to give you the best and most personal service. As we told you, Postnord were not able to deliver the package to your mailbox. So Postnord (as a service) then brings the package to the nearest available pick up store. But as you made the order as regular post (not package), we do not have the same tracking options as with a package. And we have been in contact with Postnord several times to try to help you. But their answer is that you need to check with the local post office or postal pick-up service place.
I promise you that we take our customer service very serious. And we really want to help you. But it gets more and more difficult for us to keep on a happy face when you write the way you do. In both english and in swedish.
Please, let us help you nice and calmly. I have written you last week via e-mail and am waiting for your answer.
