Bury Patient Transfer - Magnum Whiteline
My wife was in a wheelchair and I used this company, the booking being made by the North West Ambulance Service to supplement their ambulance fleet, for patient transfer to hospital. The driver arrived on time, was most helpful, very pleasant and safely secured Jenny in the wheelchair.
We had to wait several hours for our return journey, which I wrongly assumed used the same company. I contacted a lady at the office and she did her best to assist us, even though it was not her responsibility to do so.
