Great experience, very helpful and convenient to have a professional company do all the thinking for you!

it's terrible how people are cheated, I've heard so many bad reviews and experiences from friends who have unfortunately suffered because of this company!
I will never buy anything through this company, it's a good thing I didn't fall into the clutches of these liars and frauds

This company takes your money, but don’t buy tickets! More than 25 Latvians remained without airplane ticket. Mahas.travels promised refunds, but send only a emails!! Two people pay twice a price of airplane’s tickets last minute, because Mahas.travels block them and don’t buy a tickets. Mahas.travels cooperates with Latvian citizens Dainārs Rudzītis, who recorded buy tickets from them. I don’t recommend risking with your money.

I had a deeply disappointing experience with Mahas Travels, which I believe to be a fraudulent agency. Not only did they deceive me, but I’ve also learned that others in Latvia have fallen victim to their scams. I strongly advise against using their services to avoid potential financial loss and stress.

I want to warn everyone about the scam!!! I paid money to the company for the plane tickets for the trip to Zanzibar. I got to Istanbul, and it turned out that the tickets had not been paid for. I had to buy it myself again. We also had to fight for return tickets. Mahatravels cooperates with Latvian citizen Dainars Rudzitis. This is the man who refers everyone to Mahatravels. This is a group of fraudsters! Latvians, be careful! And don't fall into these traps!

Hello,I was also scammed,I paid for airline tickets,but I never received the tickets.Please don’t fall for a slightly cheaper airline ticket offer,you will lose your money!

This is a proper decoy office. We didn't even make it to the departure, because it turns out there are no tickets (which were already bought last year). And starting communication with other victims of this unfair travel office, we found around 30 people who were dumped. Taka, we do not trust this cantor and his cooperation partner Dainars Rudzītis.

Mahas travels, are scam company, who write invoices, but not buy tickets, and all time is writing emails- its systems problem, and promissing refound, but nobody stil dont have nothing more then emails.. 0% trust

Beware of them, they have scammed at least 25 people from Latvia with airline tickets, they have received money for airline tickets, but no one has a ticket! Fraudsters and thieves, do not give them money, neither for hotels nor airline tickets, you will lose your money!

Terrible service!
When we left the hotel, we found out that the hotel had not been paid for, even though we had transferred the money to the Mahas Travel agency!
The hotel was not paid for, we had to pay ourselves, promising that the money would be refunded!

A month has passed, the money has not been refunded, all the time stupid excuses, lies!

Thieves!

Very professional and communicative service. Booked with Mudathir and we were very pleased with the deal he was able to get for us. Will definitely book with them again.

First time using Mahas travel and it was such a great experience. Halii was attentive understanding and supportive and I highly value her professionalism and understanding my exact needs as a customer. She went above and beyond what was expected and nothing was too much trouble. Her attitude was selfless and reassuring. Went to Nairobi and Diani Beach in Kenya and had the best experience. The hotel she booked was magnificent. Would definitely use them again.

Booked a flight for me and my family to arusha, from there we also got a flight to Zanzibar everything went well no complications. They recommend some hotels for us to stay and other things we could do while we were out in Zanzibar beautiful experience.

Booked my son and myself flights to Zanzibar, travelled from the 20th Aug-4th Sept. Honestly best people to book with and they really cater to their clients need the best possible way they can, my son really enjoyed the flight back and it was a smooth one no complications. Mahas Travels made our journey enjoyable and I would definitely recommend them.

They are reliable, have patience and understanding. I dealt with Mudathir and he was a wonderful agent, for that our experience was a good one.

This was my first time using Mahas Travel, and I was a little uneasy as I had a terrible experience with a travel agent a few years ago.
Karim was attentive and available out of hours, and he came up with the best option for a return flight that I could not find online: he saved my husband 3 hours on a connecting flight!
I am already planning my next family trip with Karim - watch this space!
