"Insufficient address"
I live in a secure building with my name on a call-box, yet ZERO attempt was made to buzz in. They IMMEDIATELY marked my package as "return to sender." They blamed a missing unit number on the address. My building has a package area. There were other packages there.
Looks like this will be another "lost" package for UPS Mail Innovations, as my package came from Canada & they are not accepting anything international due to a strike.

Two orders for Christmas presents have been shipped using UPS and Mail innovations. One order for my son from Redbubble left California and sat for a week in Ohio before finally making to central NY. An order for my granddaughter from Brumate in California also ended up in Ohio as of December 5th and it’s been 11 days without any updates, other than it’s next stop is supposedly Buffalo, which is the wrong destination. Useless company which UPS should be ashamed to even consider owning.

I'm going to start checking to make sure that companies that I order from are not using UPS Innovations. I would rather pay more than have to wait so long for packages.

Absolutely horrible
Absolutely horrible. Why any business would ship using this service is unbelievable. Any business who continues using this service will lose business. Deliveries are lost, or delayed for weeks. Bradford Exchange uses this, and I will never order from them again. Any place that tries to use any form of USPS will never get my business. USPS moto should be, "close enough." We only missed your delivery by three houses.

I still haven't received 4 packages that have fallen into the black hole of Bensonville IL. They were supposed to be delivered by the 10th at the latest for the last 2. The first 2 were supposed to be by the 5th. It is now 8:30p on the 12th. So much for Christmas gifts.

Same experience most others have here. It seems many are moving to this mail innovations which must be some cheap service. Banana Republic will never get my business again due to this. It's a shame. I encourage all others to do what has been suggested and not purchase from any of these companies using this service. Mail Innovations, you are terrible!!!
Coach Outlet uses this service and they are horrible!
Horrible mail logistics, shows sitting in same location for 3 days and no updates. It says package it’s delayed and will be delivered next day but guess what the next day it’s the same story. Coach Outlet store uses this service and it sucks. Stop buying from these stores that use this service and will see how quickly they will change their mailing service.
Worse Shipping Ever
Both packages shipped that went through Mail Innovations have been "lost". Ordered two items from same company, one showed up as promised but did not go through Mail Innovations. The most ridiculous shipping I've ever seen. A package was 20 minutes from me and then went to Detroit where there have been no recent updates. Wonder how much they will cost companies in replacements before this goes away?
Mail innovations is run by idiots
I can handle slightly slower shipping in return for cheaper pricing. What I find unacceptable (and frankly INSANE) is my package zigzagging back and forth across the state multiple times, traveling through the same hub 2 or even 3 times, and occasionally taking a detour right when tracking FINALLY shows it IN my small northeast Ohio city and going all the way to MICHIGAN before being routed back to PENNSYLVANIA before finally coming back to northeast Ohio for its SECOND pass through my city and delivery.
Yes, I know only part is UPS and part is USPS... but who the heck routes these things and WHAT are they smoking. Cut rate service or not... I guarantee these packages would arrive much sooner if they actually routed them in a VAGUELY intelligent way. Multiple packages have taken all manner of bizarre zigzagging paths, looping hundreds, even a thousand or more, miles out of the way. This service is a failure and should die.

Package has still not arrived. Was ordered October 31 and it is now November 11. They just keep changing the delivery date everyday. Unbelievable how terrible this service is but is still in business.

Package from Partzilla/boats.net shipped 10/22, arrived in Morrow 10/23. Still promising delivery each day and changing to next day in the evening. If I was giving the parcel industry an enema, I would put the hose in this worthless company.
Awful
Ordered a package from a neighboring state 30 days before a Halloween party. It left the facility and has been lost ever since. Now it's the day of the party and i'm missing half my outfit.

Worst experience every time. If I go to order and am told the seller uses mail innovations I will not order even if it is needed for me to survive. I would die anyway waiting on the package. Worst mailing service on earth and really a stupid idea. Most people have issues with 1 carrier much less getting another involved.

This is the second time I have had to deal with Mail Innovations. BOTH times (different original companies) I was given multiple delivery dates. This time my package was to be delivered on Sept 9. It has changed every day this week and I just checked and it has again been changed this time to Monday Sept 16. This is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE! I ordered some items from Hawaii and that package was mailed IN HAWAII on Monday Sept 9 and it arrived today Sept 13.

This is the opposite of what you expect from customer service and a positive experience with any delivery service. Delivery postponed day after day and the "tracking" says that the package is in the post office of the town where the recipient lives.
