Do not buy any leather sofa advertised in the Mail Shop. I bought a so called leather sofa through this advertiser and wish I hadn’t bothered. Coated leather is peeling, no way to complain as the parent company, KH Direct, has gone into liquidation so no way to get a refund.

Wrote informing them that only one of the freesias purchased came up and that was blind (I planted 50!) and one of the plants was a great disappointment. On contacting them they said they would replace but ONLY if I sent £6.99 postage. Honestly what a scam/money making exercise .... really disappointed that the Mail associates themselves with this activity.

Bought 4 patio roses,2 too short,they claim min 60cm,1 was not that even including the roots.On 1, Single grafting led to an arc of 60% rather than 360% so no good for a display.1 very bent root stock .Only when flowered found all were wrongly colour labeled and no yellow and 2 red.All suffer from types of leaf disease,not insects-yellow,browning,whitening like ivy .etc.Not to be recommended.

Poor quality plant.
Ordered a Sunflower plant which when it finally arrived was in a very poor condition. The box was ripped open and soaked. The plant was out of the pot and torn from its roots in the plastic bag that it came in, the flowers were either dead or almost so. I dead headed the poor thing, repotted it, fed and watered it - maybe it will survive, maybe not.
On contacting the firm, I finally got a reply days later asking for photos! What a pointless request, when I had already informed them of what I had done to try to revive the plant!!! I have had plants from them in the past which were satisfactory.
I have to say that I have upgraded the review by another star as customer service has accepted my concerns and is sending me a new plant.
New plant arrived this morning in great condition, repotted and it looks lovely, can't wait for it to fully bloom. Upgraded by another star.

Bought 2 fruit trees, both arrived dead. Only response to company is to constantly ask for photos which I in term constantly send them. If this organisation is linked to the Mail then I recommend they dump them because the service is terrible.
