Where's the customer service?

I enquired about sizing before buying a pair of boots at :
Maine Mountain Moccasin
21 Whistle Stop Mall, Rockport, MA 01966, United States

- I was told that my sizing was correct and that I should go ahead and purchase - after several weeks my shoes arrived in the UK - only at great expense (VAT/Customs/Handling fees) - only to find they were too small.

I got in touch and arranged a return -for a larger size - so I shipped them back - and then post delivery - a string of excuses - and then radio silence - NO refund or Shoes.

I've written several times to Dan the proprietor but he is not officially ignoring my emails and kept my money - how rude!

My advice - there are other vendors out there - don't spend your money here - cause if you don't get the sizing right you might not get your money back!
