Service and quality do not match price

Firstly the website is very poor to navigate.
Please do to expect speedy or satisfactory communication with this company. Initial response was apologetic, second response slower and then no response. The problem remained unsolved until the item was returned at my cost then awaited a slow refund.
The item Gaby is inferior in quality of previous purchases of Gaby. Stitching poor, fabric flimsy.

Very disappointing experience – items never delivered, no refund, no response

I placed a fully paid order with Maison Lejaby in March. As of today, three items are still missing. Since May, these items have been listed in the customer portal as "on its way", but nothing ever arrived.

Initially, customer service apologized for the delay – but since the end of May, they have completely stopped responding to my follow-up messages. I have not received the goods, nor have I been refunded.

This is not just frustrating – it’s completely unprofessional and unacceptable for a brand of this standing. I cannot recommend ordering directly from Maison Lejaby.

Update:
After contacting them again, customer service finally responded on 28 July and apologised. The explanation for the lack of communication: problems caused by an IT changeover at the beginning of 2025. The refund for the products that were never delivered has been issued.

Unbelievably poor

Two points I will mention
1, The UK website states free returns within 14 days, which are pretty important with these products. But they are NOT. There is a charge for each item of £10.00
2, Customer service is unbelievably slow. One item was refunded eventually while another item in the same return had to be repeatedly chased.

I ordered a matching set of panties and…

I ordered a matching set of panties and bra directly from maisin lejaby. I was very disappointed upon opening my delivery to find two pairs of pants and no bra. I filled in the online return portal stating that I had not received the bra and the wrong item had been sent out. I had to pay to return my items despite the error being on their part. And now I’ve only been refunded for the pants and not the bra which I never received. Very disappointed with this service. Email sent with the hope that this can be rectified.

This Maison Lejaby website has no customer care and keeps your money, beware.I purchased five bra's on 19.6.24

I purchased five bra's on 19.6.24, decided to keep three and return two. Arranged for DHL pickup. Since I decided to keep a forth bra and couldn't alter pickup details, sent email to maison lejaby customer care to explain and hopefully avoid any confusion when package arrives.

Two weeks later no refund. Checked delivery details packet had successfully arrived within two days. So contacted customer care. Nothing nothing and more nothing, it is now almost five weeks since the return, no refund.

I have no previous experience of this kind of lack of customer care. They simply do nothing. I have recieved no reason for this delay and it has become very stressful experience for me. I will update trust piolet when and if I finally get my money back, but now feel it's important for me to warn others of this companies inaction.

I would strongly advise customers to purchase from other websites rather than this one, as this bunch are appalling. There was nothing wrong with the bra I returned, it was simply the wrong size. So this delay is baffling and bad practice. Which is now causing me financial problems as I didn't expect it.

I have explained this to maison lejaby customer care but with no response. There is NO effective customer care on this website, I completely concur with previous reviewers on trust piolet. Indeed the similarly in complaints has confirmed to me this is a ongoing problem with maison lejaby website, stay safe and steer clear!

No refund for returned item. No response from customer service

I ordered direct from the Maison Lejaby website. The sizing guidelines on the site are wrong and I had to return the item due to it being oversized relative to the UK equivalent size

Proof of Delivery from DHL confirms the item was returned 3 weeks ago. Refund was not received. Numerous emails to Maison Lejaby customer services remain un-answered. Customer service is totally non-existent

UPDATE: After annoying them with emails several time a week, I eventually received a refund for the returned items.

It has taken 6 weeks to get the money back. I doubt that I would have received any refund had I not persistently annoyed them into paying.

I would advise purchasing Maison Lejaby items through department store stockists rather than risk buying directly through the website.

Nice underwear. Appalling customer service

I really like their underwear
But when buying online when you put an item in your basket, at checkout it changes prices.
A few euros are added on
I did email and was told this was because I was in Ireland. I did select Ireland as my country at the start.

Customer service isn’t great either. Actually pretty much non existent.

Appalling customer service

Appalling customer service. Ordered 2 bras, one was correct size, the other wrong size which did not fit. I contacted customer service who advised I had to pay the £10 charge to return the wrong item sent!

Also tried to call them but french message with an 'au revoir' at the end and then call cut off!

They have sent me a label, let's see if the £10 cost is deducted from my refund.

Will shop in John Lewis the next time

Appalling customer service

Appalling customer service. I placed an order 10 days ago with express shipping. I have still not received a dispatch confirmation email and have sent three emails to their customer service team with still no reply. Having seen this brand stocked by John Lewis I assumed it was still reputable and am having doubts - unprofessional and sitting on my money!

It's a bit of a shame i use to stock…

It's a bit of a shame i use to stock this brand, and when they went bust some few years. I stop because the service was not great a bit un-real able leading up to the bust, now i thought things must be better with the new owners and the revamp. I contacted 3 times about seeing the collection, i spoke to Stephen the uk rep, every time i spoke to this man he stated he will come back to me regarding see the collection. This have never happen. I saw he at the Harrogate show, same thing he promise the lady that cover my area would come back to me this never happen almost six months later. These are the most unreal able people i have ever met in 16 years of business, as a small business this is not the customer service experience you want from a brand. As a small business you don't want to want your time wasted and be dis-respected like this. They either have problem with a small business or dealing with a woman, or a woman of colour. stay well clear of this company, they are lots of other great brands who will do a lot to get your business. Don't waste you time and energy with this brand rude bunch of people

Maison Lejaby has revamped its look

I love that Maison Lejaby has recently revamped its look. This is great because the quality is so good and ideal if you have boobs. You get plenty of support with no digging in the briefs so your silhouette is just perfect. Some of the new colours and styles are stunning and I highly recommend this brand if you have a very feminine shape.
