I opened my business this morning and the the anti fall brake bearing gave way causing the roller shutter to be left half hanging off.
The guys came around that afternoon and fortunately had a new one on their van and sorted my shutter without any fuss.

I had an issue with a new shutter where it would not close and left location open to intruder. The Original installer advised they could not attend for a few days, which was frustrating and disappointing, so I called Majestic at 5 in the evening and explained my predicament. The person who took my call could not have been more helpful and considerate. Their operatives where on site within an hour and resolved issue. They also had follow up Information pointing out many issues regard the initial installation which I will be taking up with original installer. Great customer service and friendly, helpful attitude. Would highly recommend.

Working with Majestic Shopfronts was refreshing from initial contact to completion. Our project was to replace the somewhat dilapidated shopfront of our family owned premises.
