Scam!!
Scam!!! Those disgusting people (Ize Pinherio and Camila Pereira) will respond and even follow up when you haven’t bought the products yet. Once you pay, they will lie and start not responding. Ordered my products more than 2 months ago, never received them. They were never shipped. They will also not issue a refund. Thieves, those 2 deserve every bit of bad karma coming their way

Bad costumer service and no refunds when asked for one before it was even sent
I don't recommend buying anything from here, costumer service sucks: they reply then ignore you . I asked for a refund before the items were sent, they then ignored me and sent it anyways. I decided to try it, it didn't even straighten my hair and I followed the instructions so I assume the videos and pictures of people with fros , it making their hair straight was some kind of lie or maybe they left it in for more than an hour (although it says up to ONE HOUR).. this feels like a scam. If you buy from like Amazon you can get a refund before its sent and take off that product here they ignore you and force you to take it! I want my money back!
