It did what it says on the tin quickly and easily.

When I needed to cancel my subscription due to a change in my circumstances and no longer needed the translation facility on offer, their Customer Service responded immediately and efficiently, and with courtesy.

I paid £0.99 for a converted document. During the process I was signed up for a subscription of £29.99 without my consent . After contacting the team, I was told that I would be reimbursed and assured no further payments would be taken. Guess what NO REFUND. Contacted them again, reassured they unfortunately had a computer glitch. Still NO REFUND. I see many other customers have experienced the same. They ask you to leave a review after confirming your refund is on the why. I would urge you to wait until your refund is in the bank before doing so. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

BEWARE. Used their £0.99 option and then 100% made sure i cancelled my subscription. A few days later i was charged £29.99 for a full month of service and was denied a refund by customer support. Do. Not. Use.

Great site. I got an unexpected subscription payment charged from the site. I was unaware of it. As I realized I immediately sent a request for refund to the support team. They addressed my refund request promptly and quickly. Great customer service!

I needed to convert a bank statement into a jpeg to verify my home address for the purposes of renewing a 60+ Oyster Card. I searched for 'free' software to do this and came across this company. They initially charged £0.99 from my PayPal account, which I suppose was fair enough but it's not free. I also ended up with a pending subscription fee of £29.99 for 1 month's trial, which I couldn't dispute until it came out of my account, so be careful or you will end up with hidden charges! Once the charge left my account, I e-mailed the company to ask for a refund and in fairness, they honoured my request with no questions asked. They encouraged me to review them on Trustpilot so am being honest and transparent about the service I received. Don't use this service unless you want to be charged or end up with a subscription to their services that you did not request and have to take the time and trouble to get a refund.

I was able to cancel my subscription that I unknowingly signed up for. Thank you for your quick response and reverse charges to my credit card. Great experience!

Do not use these, they'll take unauthorised payments of £29.99 out of your bank. I signed up for a free trial. First 99p and then £1 was taken out on the 18th Feb. then 5 days later £29.99 was taken out then on the 19th March another £29.99. I emailed them and got a generic email from someone apparently called Lisa. She sounded realistic and advised that I would get a refund for the latest £29.99 within 5 to 10 business days. 7 weeks and 5 emails later and still no refunds. Total scam AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

Great customer service , for help and timely,. No questions asked. And the fact that you get a real name and person in an email, not a general one, and you never know if it counts. My refund was processed quickly aswell.
