Stay away, unprofessional business
Similar to other reviewers I had my fair share of problems with this hosting service.
In "short" these were:
- not keeping the advertised rebate period (12sek a month was promised for half a year, yet my price went up after three months).
- changing the URL of the management backend to a URL that did not have a valid SSL certificate.
- Sending me invoice reminders daily, even though I had a confirmed booking of for that month twice in stead of once.
- Not fixing said error for over three weeks.
- Changing the management backend to another URL removed the authorisation of the credit card processor they have opted to use. Until my cancellation of my contract, this was still not working, despite several messages where I made the owner aware of said issues.
- The URL change would have required me to fill in my credit card information on an unencrypted website. I have asked multiple times to get this remedied.
- When I then chose to move my website elsewhere, the company owner decided to hold my domain at ransom and would not release the necessary EPP code "before I pay up."
- About a week of messages and clarification finally got them to accept that they are wrong.
In addition, none of their websites clearly state who is running the website, what the contract specifications or terms of services are. All of it is highly unprofessional.
The only thing that made me go with their offering in the first place was the generous rebate promised; which as I already stated did not pan out either.
Do yourself a favour and stay away as far as possible from this webspace hoster.
