We’re pleased to hear that your delivery experience was a positive one, but we’re genuinely sorry to learn that you were disappointed with the steaks you received.

We take product quality extremely seriously and always encourage customers to contact us directly if they have any concerns regarding products they have received. Having reviewed our records, we cannot find any correspondence from you regarding this order, which unfortunately means we were not given the opportunity to investigate the issue or put things right for you.

As a family-run butcher, we stand behind the quality of our products and would always welcome the opportunity to review any concerns, whether that involves discussing preparation and cooking methods, examining photographs, or investigating a potential issue with a particular cut or batch.

Whilst we’re disappointed to read of your experience, we would still be happy to hear from you if you would like to discuss the matter further.

We’re very sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations, particularly with one of our most popular steak offers.

We take feedback regarding both product quality and butchery standards very seriously. Whilst steak weights are supplied within the advertised weight ranges, we’re disappointed to hear that you were unhappy with both the appearance and flavour of the steaks you received.

Having reviewed our records, we cannot find any correspondence from you regarding these concerns. We always encourage customers to contact us directly if they have any issues with products they receive, as this gives us the opportunity to investigate, discuss the matter with our butchery team, review photographs where appropriate, and work towards a resolution. Unfortunately, without hearing from you directly, we were not given the opportunity to do so in this instance.

We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback and will ensure your comments regarding presentation, trimming, and flavour are passed on to our butchers for review.

You’ve almost got us reaching for the frying pan after reading that description. The fillet tail strips with butter, black pepper, Dijon mustard and a touch of cream sound absolutely superb.

From time to time, like all retailers, we do unfortunately encounter items going out of stock unexpectedly. Whilst we appreciate this is frustrating, we did immediately process a refund for the unavailable items as soon as your order was dispatched.

In relation to the sirloin steaks, we are genuinely disappointed to hear your comments, as this is a product that receives enormously positive feedback from the vast majority of our customers. We would very much have welcomed the opportunity to discuss your concerns directly and try to resolve the issue for you. However, from what we can see, we haven’t received any direct contact regarding the steaks themselves.

We always encourage open dialogue with our customers because customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. Whilst occasional issues can arise with any company, we are always very keen to investigate concerns and do everything we reasonably can to put matters right.
