Would rate '0' but this was not an option. Ordered pockets for tags online - when reviewing the request shared the dimensions and when a mock up was sent they told me to disregard markings and size as this was being sent to give an idea of the item. I reiterated the dimensions I needed at this time. Eventually item was sent with wrong dimensions and with no packaging. Imagine 250 tags sent without a box! Sales Manager refused a return and refund and was completely unreasonable in communications.
