Excellent service

Maltron supply keyboards for people with disabilities or who have repetitive strain injuries. They're well built but do occasionally have problems and I had to send one of mine back recently to be fixed.

Despite terrible (and unprecedented) problems with DPD's delivery service, Martin kept me informed and charged frankly very little for the timely repair. He kindly said he wouldn't charge me for delivery if he eventually had to send the keyboard via Royal Mail (DPD failing to collect for several days in a row again).

The engineer, Steve, even checked the keyboard's adaptor for me and they supplied a new one free of charge.

Altogether fantastic service - most kind, helpful and efficient; a real pleasure to deal with. I am now typing this on the newly fixed keyboard so thanks Martin and Steve.
