Thanks for your help Malvern, the whole process has been delightful…..very pleased with my workshop. The people , from the sales, the office, accounts, the fitters were a pleasure to work with, nice and efficient, and the shed, for what you get, seems great value for money compared with competition…..I would suggest upgrading the hardware though (handles, locks etc), but I can handle that.

Had a fantastic experience with Malvern Garden Buildings. It started with brilliant customer service and sales through Sara Jarvis at their Buckingham display site. Sara was knowledgable professional and made the sales process really enjoyable. We initially bought a Victorian greenhouse but we were so impressed with the quality of the product Sara and the install team we placed an order for an ex display garden room. Both have transformed our garden. I would recommend them without hesitation

James was extremely professional, knowledgeable, & provided detailed information on pre-installation requirements.
Summerhouse was delivered & beautiful installed with exceptional attention to detail by Darren & Cory aka ‘dad & son’.

We have just purchased a garden room from Malvern Garden Buildings based in Buckingham. What a delightful experience. We enjoyed selecting the building and thinking about how we would furnish it based on the examples provided in Buckingham. We took our time over that and changed our minds a couple of times. The staff were so helpful and not at all pushy. Then the installation couldn't have gone more smoothly. The guys who installed it were really quiet and efficient but had some interesting tales to tell of their experiences in Scotland and at the Chelsea Flower Show. The building itself is a high quality product which we are extremely happy with.

When considering a supplier for our new Summerhouse last Autumn, we looked at a number of options. We chose Malvern amongst other reasons for the local nature of the design and build.
Our project was not completely straightforward .We live in a conservation area and required planning approvals , all of which was seamlessly managed using experts provided via Malvern.
Throughout the process we have been very satisfied with progress, culminating in the successful installation of our Ashton Summer house in February.
Support from staff at all phases of the process has been excellent and led to a friction free purchase.
Overall, an excellent product from an excellent company.

The Victorian greenhouse was exactly what we wanted. We saw an ex display model at a significant discount which was the right size, so chose that. When it arrived there was some damage as a consequence of having previously been installed elsewhere, but this was identified by the installation team and promptly remedied with the final result good as new. The team who delivered and installed the greenhouse were excellent and the office staff friendly and helpful.
Overall a very good experience and we have no hesitation in recommending this company. It was good to have been able to purchase something that was actually made in England.

I had a conversation with Matthew. Told him exactly what I was looking for. He found me the perfect Summer house. In a colour that match my windows of my property and good information on how to prepare the base for it .
When delivery day came the men arrived 7am and made a great job of erecting said Summer house.

Sara and Sophie made the entire process simple and straightforward. We had particularly demanding access requirements due to space and access constraints which were handled effortlessly.

From our first visit to the Malvern office in Webbs Garden near Abingdon we had friendly, efficient service with no pressure but we were given all the information we needed to make a choice. We waited some time for our summer house to be made but it arrived on time on the date they gave us. It was built on site very quickly and we are thrilled with it.

Overall this has been a very good experience and 5 stars might have been awarded if not for a bit of misunderstanding on plans that needed a few goes to correct. However, the organisation and execution of the installation was first class with contractors turning up on time and getting things right first time which is unusual in today's day and age. The build quality is excellent and I am very pleased with the result.Team across sales and installation were very friendly and helpful. I felt like they really cared about their customer and wanted to make it an easy and pleasant experience.

We are very happy with the 6x4 shed
we had installed to fit a little corner of the garden. We dealt with the Penrith showroom but also had direct contact with the production side. Excellent service throughout and the shed looks beautiful. Installed with care and professionalism. I would not hesitate to recommend. This is the second time we have used Malvern and have had a great experience.

Our neighbour suggested that we take a look at Malvern & we were not disappointed. The installation of our garden room has been seamless from groundworks through construction & electrical installation to snagging. Everyone we dealt with has been superb, highly recommended..

Great Service and Lovely Potting Shed

We are absolutely delighted with our potting shed. From the very start our dealings with the company at their site in Cheltenham instilled confidence and encouragement. Carol at the site was brilliant at talking us through everything. The potting shed is now in place and we are loving it. It is has been installed with expertise and great care and is a very good quality - solid building. Would highly recommend.

Viewed several garden buildings at Old Barn Nurseries and with the guidance and expertise of James have placed an order for a summerhouse. James has been very helpful and thorough throughout our viewing/deciding period providing us with a really useful Malvern Brochure detailing all you need to know and giving us colour samples to take away. They can arrange the base and electrics for you too. Looking forward to the end result in a few weeks time. Highly recommend speaking with James as there are more options available to you than meets the eye. Thanks James for all your help.

This is our second purchase as we wanted another of the same building.
Despite seven years between purchases and changes to model specifications Malvern happily accommodated our needs and we now have matching buildings that provide presence and aesthetic benefits to our garden.

The quality of our garden room (Hanley Heritage) exceeded our expectations and the finish is exceptional. The Team (made up of Gary, Matt and Owen) were very efficient, tidy and hardworking to get everything in place really quickly, and without cutting any corners! I couldn't recommend Malvern enough.

I cannot speak highly enough of Malvern Garden Buildings and their hard working team. The three gentlemen who came to build my studio, worked for 2 days non stop, in the pouring rain to complete the building. I now have somewhere to work, all year round, that is flooded with light during the day and very well lit for evening work. I love my studio, its a beautiful building, and am very grateful to everyone who helped me build it.
