Poorly run ignoring safety concerns and enforcement, the Cemetery in Malvern they allow SPEEDING in there, no footpaths, I’m Deaf so can not Hear things behind me, a car was coming into the Cemetery doing over 30 mph, other people have told me that they are concerned at times, so I informed them which was IGNORED that speed signs should be in place, either 5mph or 10 mph.

They also have a large sign at Victoria Park saying Dogs must be on a Lead, everyday there are Dogs running around off Leads, I’ve even seen Dogs in the Fenced children’s play area, no ENFORCEMENT again and bad MANAGEMENT.

Regarding that they are responsible for cutting there OVERGROWN shrubbery from the ALLEY from the CEMETERY, they never do it themselves as they should, have to get WCC to make them as it’s a public right away, but like the above do NOT take there Responsibility Seriously as they should, POOR MANAGEMENT.

The Cemetery that they control does NOT have a SPEED sign, my opinion it should be 5mph on safety grounds, there are NO footpaths, Elderly, Children, Disabled, Blind are being put at risk, have reported this to them to which as usual they IGNORED, I was driving out when a vehicle came in doing 30mph or more nearly hit me, it’s on my Dash-cam, having said that many of there workers SPEED,, I’m DEAF so do not hear Vehicles.

So Malvern Town Council get your act together before you wind up with a NEGLIGENCE claim.
