We had an appointment at Mamas & Papas, Swindon to shop for our pram, and Louise was absolutely fantastic. She made the whole experience so helpful and enjoyable, and thanks to her we were able to confidently choose the perfect pram bundle for us (Mamas and Papas, Flip XT3, Cloud T).

Louise answered every question we had, even when we asked the same things more than once, and she was always patient and reassuring. She happily showed us how to use the different features of the prams multiple times until we felt comfortable, and she took the time to go through all of the available deals again so we could make the best choice.

We were really pleased with the bundle we chose and managed to get a great deal too. Louise’s knowledge, patience, and excellent customer service made what could have been an overwhelming decision feel easy and exciting. We’re so pleased with our experience and can’t wait for our pram to be delivered. Thank you, Louise, for making such an important purchase such a positive one!

We've always had a great experience of the Mama's and Papa's Longbridge store. The staff are very kind and helpful. We went in yesterday to look at some strollers. Sam was very supportive in helping us choose the right one for our family and I didn't feel rushed at all. We had a similar experience when buying previously too. Would definitely recommend!

Monera was amazing at showing us around the different travel systems. Nothing was ever too much for her. She was so knowledgable and friendly. So glad we did the buying for baby experience with her! Thanks so much!

Kasey, the shop assistant, was phenomenal. We had no real clue what was important to us when we arrived but by the time we left we knew exactly what we needed, with zero pressure.

Excellent service at Longbridge Mamas & Papas with Sam today at our B4B appt. She was so informative, didn’t mind us getting stuck in and really gave us the opportunity to try out multiple travel systems. Loved that we had time to browse whilst she drew up full quotes for us, we’ll definitely be back to complete our order.

We visited the Martlesham branch and were served by the lovey Maxwell. He was so incredibly helpful from start to finish and made the whole experience so enjoyable.

Maxwell helped us pick out our pram bundle and ensured we had the right colour and all the extras we needed. He went through each step with us and was lovely to chat to. Being our first baby we were not 100% sure on what pram would be right for us but feel confident in our choice with the help from maxwell and the team for showing us all the different options available.

We attended our ‘Buying for Baby’ appointment today with Katie in Swansea. I had a phone call a few days before hand with Jill and she was great. She went through everything we were looking for ahead of our appointment so that the team could price match, which was something I didn’t realise the company did, so this was great! Katie was so attentive and knowledgable and was amazing in our appointment. She showed us everything in our bundle and went through demonstrations and questions/concerns as we went along. We felt so comfortable to be able to ask questions as first time parents and everything was answered in detail and was tailored to us and our lifestyle. We can’t thank Katie enough for her help in our appointment!

Thank you to Stella and Charlotte at the Maidstone store. Stella was with us for about an hour and could answer every question, she never made us feel silly for asking a question either. Her passion and guidance have truly helped us, and made our experience fab! Charlotte was also great in her support and professionalism. Thank you all!

My wife and I were served by Jess in the Cardiff culver house cross store and she was amazing! So helpful, knew everything there was to know and made us feel at ease through the experience!

We were helped by Shelley. She was lovely and couldn’t do enough for us. Knew about all of the products and listened to our needs. She had so many answers for us. We couldn’t be happier with the service, she was amazing!

We visited the store in Culverhouse Cross. Both times we were assisted by Ellie, and it was lovely that she remembered us from our first visit! She was absolutely lovely, had so much time for us and went through everything with us, from fitting the car seat to isofix, the pram itself, how to collapse/connect everything (car seat, pram, carrycot, isofix). She never tired of our questions and needing demonstrations, and was overall lovely to chat with! She helped us purchase our bundle, gave us great advise, and was just a fantastic person 😊 thank you so much, Ellie! 😁

We had the help of the lovely Sylvia@stockton and honestly our experience was amazing. This is our first baby and we went in not knowing anything about travel systems and Sylvia was fab at getting to know us to customise what we needed. She gave us options based on our life style and was really chatty and open with everything! We left the store with our chosen travel system and we definitely be going back to get a few more bits and bobs! 10/10 experience ⭐️

We visited Mamas and Papas in Westfield, Stratford and had excellent service from Zaid. He was knowledgeable, patient and very helpful throughout. He made our experience very enjoyable.

Edwina was absolutely wonderful. She struck a great balance between being helpful, competent and informative but also warm, and friendly. She also tailored the session to what we needed and asked for and didn't try to sell us products we didn't want to discuss.

Served by Matt at Maidstone. We had a fantastic experience! He was very knowledgeable and friendly. Answered all of our questions and made us feel we had all of the time in the world. Left feeling a lot more confident about our choices/ how to use the products. I would recommend the experience to any first time parents! Fantastic!
