We had an hour and a half appointment at the Farnborough shop with Julie. She went through all the different products they offer and gave us thorough and comprehensive demonstration and breakdown on what is on offer. As first time parents, we wanted to see what products were available and get an idea on what could work best for us. There was no pressure at all to buy anything there and then, and we were given the opportunity to ask lots of questions. Very useful appointment!

We booked an appointment as first time parents at Milton Keynes next mamma's and papas. Angela was very informative and understanding. She explained everything we weren't sure about and made things much clearer. Very grateful we had Angela for this first appointment.

We had a 90minute appointment with kasey at martlesham, ipswich going through pram and travel systems. As 1st time parents we found her so helpful, she spent a lot of time going through everything thoroughly and showing us how everything worked. Would definitely recommend to others.

My fiance and I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Autumn at the Belfast branch of Mamas and Papas. We recently had a Buying 4 Baby appointment at Mamas & Papas Lisburn, and Louise was absolutely fantastic.

As we're expecting twins, choosing the right travel system felt like a big decision, but Louise made the whole process easy and enjoyable. She was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and patient, taking the time to understand exactly what we needed rather than simply trying to sell us a product.

One of the things we really appreciated was how practical her advice was. She helped us assess whether the twin buggy systems would fit in our car with a small boot and was happy to answer all of our questions. We never felt rushed or pressured, and it was clear that her priority was making sure we found the right solution for our family.

What impressed us most was her honesty. When Mamas & Papas didn't have a suitable option for a twin baby carrier / sling, Louise actually recommended another company that could help. That level of customer service and genuine care is rare and gave us even more confidence in the advice she was providing.

Thanks to Louise, we left feeling confident that we'd chosen exactly the right buggy system for our twins. A brilliant experience from start to finish, and we'd highly recommend both Louise and the Mamas & Papas Lisburn team.

We had a Buying for Baby - The Full Works appointment with Jess in Culverhouse Cross in Cardiff.

Jess was incredibly helpful, relaxed and made our whole shopping experience much easier than we anticipated, considering we didn’t feel we knew too much, giving recommendations on what we needed and what we didn’t yet need. Amazing experience and would highly recommend the appointment, Jess & the whole team!

We had a Buying for Baby appointment at Mamas & Papas Wednesbury, and I honestly can't recommend it highly enough.

Kerry was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. She talked us through everything clearly and made what felt like a very overwhelming process feel simple and enjoyable. Nothing was salesy or pushy at all, in fact, she even explained that the team don't earn commission, which really reassured us that the advice was genuinely focused on finding the right products for us and our baby.

We discussed our budget, and Kerry was brilliant at helping us choose products that suited our needs without encouraging us to spend unnecessarily. She was honest about which items we would need straight away and which could wait until later, which we really appreciated.

We went in having no idea where to start with prams and car seats. We explained that we wanted something lightweight, easy for me to get in and out of the car on my own, and something that would grow with our baby. Kerry's knowledge was incredible. She recommended the perfect travel system for us, while also showing us alternative options so we could compare and make an informed decision. Being able to test everything in store made such a difference.

The in-store car seat testing area was brilliant too. We were able to practise using the ISOFIX base and taking the car seat in and out, which gave us so much confidence.

Another huge positive was the price matching. Anything that was available cheaper elsewhere was matched there and then, which meant we got an amazing deal on everything. We had worried that shopping at Mamas & Papas would be much more expensive than buying online, but that wasn't the case at all. We actually left feeling we'd secured a fantastic package at a really competitive price.

The voucher we'll receive afterwards is a lovely touch too, we deliberately left a few items off our purchase so we can use it later.

A huge thank you to Kerry for making the whole experience so enjoyable. Before the appointment, we felt completely overwhelmed by the amount of choice online and didn't know where to begin. Kerry's expertise, patience and honest advice made everything feel easy, and we left feeling excited and confident about our purchases.

Fantastic experience at the Stratford Mamas & Papas store. Jessica R was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient throughout our appointment. She guided us through all the key baby products, answered every question we had, and helped us make informed decisions without any pressure. Choosing everything for our first baby initially seemed overwhelming, but Jessica made the whole experience enjoyable and stress-free. Thank you for all your help!

Booked a last minute 30-minute appointment as first time parents to understand travel systems more. The appointment ended up lasting a lot longer thanks to the time and effort Carol at Southampton gave us. She made us feel a lot more reassured and taught us things we never knew. We really appreciated all her help and came out of the appointment feeling much more confident in the choice we wanted to make with a travel system. Thank you Carol!

We booked in for the 90-minute The Full Works appointment at Birmingham Gallagher with Angela. She was very polite and knowledgeable across a wide range of products, answering our many questions along the way. We felt at ease and were happy to place an order. We will definitely return in the near future for the next lot of purchases!

We had an appointment with Kelly S. It was a very enjoyable experience, she listened to our wants, needs and preferences and was able to show us a huge variety of products. We didn’t feel rushed at any point and she was happy to answer all our questions.

Joella at the Thurrock Lakeside store was genuinely wonderful. We went in to our appointment with a lot of questions and unsure on what exactly we should be looking for. We left the store having ordered everything we need and having a great time doing so thanks to the time and effort Joella (as well as other members of her team) put in for us.

I can’t not thank Sammyrose enough for her help when us, first time parents stepped into your store without a clue of what we needed. We didn’t have a appointment but Sammyrose I think noticed our hesitation and came straight to our rescue with showing us the best pram travel system for us ticking off every one of our boxes whilst still being within price range. Booked an appointment to look for prams at Mamas and Papas, Martlesham with Kasey. Very knowledgable, answered all our questions and would definitely recommend.

We came in today and we met Emma, she was fantastic, very friendly and very assuring. We had so many questions and she was so patient to go through all the answers with us. We had a buying for baby appointment at trafford centre today and it was such a wonderful experience. Our rep Nida was absolutely fantastic. She is so knowledgable and easily answered all of our questions. I could not fault the experience. Nida was so friendly and helped with so many aspects like showing my partner how to use the baby carrier. I would highly recommend the buying for baby appointment and also Nida specifically

We went to the Farnborough Mamas&Papas store on the 7th of June to look at buggies and car seats.The store had a great selection. We had a 1 hour appointment with lovely Robyn, she was great, she kept her brief on each product clear and concise and focused on our needs. Within Han hour we had narrowed our choices to one pram and bassinet and a car seat and base. She was brilliant and showing us what the most cost effective options were and we managed to buy the exact items we wanted in a bundle that knocked off £400. We were really happy with our shopping experience. A special thank you to Robyn who kept it light and fun!

My partner and I recently had a 1:1 appointment at Mamas & Papas, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Phoebe was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. As first-time parents, we had lots of questions and felt a little overwhelmed by the number of options available, but Phoebe took the time to show us everything in detail and explain the different products and varieties available.

She was incredibly knowledgeable and helped us compare options for our pram/travel system, car seat, nursery furniture, and next-to-me crib. Her guidance made the decision-making process so much easier and gave us confidence that we were choosing the right products for our growing family.

When we later returned to place our order while Phoebe was away, we were assisted by Angel, who was equally amazing. She took the time to explain the different baby monitors and prep machines available, clearly outlining the features and benefits of each. Once again, this made our purchasing decisions much easier and helped us feel informed and reassured.

Both Phoebe and Angel provided exceptional customer service, were friendly, patient, and genuinely cared about helping us find the products that best suited our needs. We left feeling excited, supported, and confident in our choices. We would highly recommend the Mamas & Papas team to any expectant parents, especially first-time parents looking for expert advice and a stress-free shopping experience.
