I just wanted to send a thank you email to Natalie from your Thurrock store who helped my husband and I today during our appointment.

We are expecting our first baby and knowing what to buy can be overwhelming but Natalie was so helpful, patient and knowledgable on all the products she talked us through. We were so impressed with the level of customer service

We’ve come away from the appointment having completed a lot of the big purchases and we’re really happy with the choices we made - so we are both feeling a lot let stressed than before we visited!

I had a buying for baby appointment with David at the Bluewater store, he was absolutely fantastic! He was incredibly knowledgeable about so many products and we felt under absolutely no obligation to buy. That said, we walked out having ordered our perfect pram and feeling even more excited and ready about preparing for our little one.

We had an appointment with Harriet at Swindon to pick out our pram, she was so patient and helpful with all our questions and back and forth. As well as guiding us through the different packages available, and other questions we had about other products when we went off tangent. Harriet was so friendly and made the appointment a great experience, she is a real asset to the team.

Great buying for baby appointment with Michelle at the Birstall store. Really honest, helpful feedback and not pushy at all. Walked away a lot more knowledgeable about our next steps.

We had a great in-store baby buying appointment with Alessia in the Peterborough store - the appointment was really informative, with lots of different pram demonstrations, as well as being shown their bedside crib and wearable baby carrier. Really helped us in our decision making, highly recommend!

We booked an appointment for Mamas & Papas in the Next Store in Leicester Highcross and were looked after by Gurjot. It was the best experience start to finish we could have asked for. We’re having our first baby so everything feels very overwhelming, but she put our mind at ease about so much!! She was so helpful, so lovely and knowledgeable, and wasn’t pushy or trying to sell anything, she just wanted to listen to us and our routines, and help us make the best decisions for us. She gave us invaluable advice about so much. We got everything we came in for and more, and already feel very comfortable using the products! Lorraine helped me during my mammas and pappas 1-1 appointment! She had a great knowledge of all the products was incredibly kind and reassuring!

I was served today by Cara at the Giltbrook store in Nottingham. I hadn’t booked an appointment but when asked questions, she was very knowledgable and informative with all the products and demonstrations. I purchased a pram bundle for our newest arrival in November and Cara was on hand to explain all the payment options too. Great experience 👍🏻

We had our Buying 4 Baby appointment today at Mamas & Papas in Martlesham and we were served by Lily. She was amazing, so knowledgable and very easy to talk to! This is our first baby so we were very unsure what we needed or wanted! Lily helped narrow down our choices and listened to what things we were looking for in our travel system. We came away so relaxed and confident in our purchases, and that was all down to how helpful Lily was! It was really busy in the store and there were only 2 members of staff, and they both managed the flow whilst remaining focused on their appointments. I hope she gets recognised for her really hard work and commitment to her job she is an asset to Mamas & Papas!

We had a fantastic experience with Rebecca at the Meadowhall Mamas and Papas. We came for a Buying for Baby appointment with only a vague idea of what we were looking for. We knew we wanted practical, functional baby equipment and weren't too concerned about style. We originally thought we'd just buy a car seat and perhaps come back for a coordinating travel system later.

Rebecca was incredibly patient and knowledgeable. She quickly helped us narrow down the options within our budget and explained which features would suit our needs best. She also went out of her way to find answers to the questions we had, such as checking compatibility between different products and explaining how long our baby could safely use each car seat. As first-time parents, we really appreciated having someone who took the time to explain everything without making us feel silly.

She also personalised the offers available to us and even price matched a competitor's promotion, meaning we ended up getting an amazing deal on a travel system. Thanks to her help, we felt confident enough to buy it that day rather than waiting.

At no point did we feel rushed or like we were being "sold to". Instead, Rebecca made us feel supported and confident that we were making the right decision for our baby. We couldn't have asked for better service and would highly recommend asking for Rebecca if you're shopping for baby equipment.

We had a booked in store appointment today at Brent Cross with Sahar. As first time parents, Sahar was so friendly and kind, also very informative and was able to give us all the information we needed to assist with our decision on travel system. You made our experience so pleasant so thank you!

We had a Baby Booking appointment at Mamas & Papas Swindon with Laura, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel so welcome. We were even offered bottles of water, which was such a thoughtful touch.

Laura was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. We came in with very little knowledge of prams or baby equipment and were complete novices when it came to knowing what we wanted. She listened carefully to what we needed, took the time to understand our lifestyle and what we were looking for, and guided us through all of the different options without ever making us feel overwhelmed.

Laura talked us through the different prams, nursery furniture and all of the other baby essentials we’ll need, explaining everything in a clear, informative and easy-to-understand way. She demonstrated exactly how the prams worked, then encouraged us to fold, lift and try them ourselves so we could make sure they were the right fit for us. This hands-on approach made such a difference and gave us the confidence to make an informed decision.

Laura answered every question we had with patience and expertise. At no point did we feel pressured into buying anything. Instead, she gave us honest, practical advice about what was genuinely essential, which we really appreciated.

Our appointment lasted around an hour and a half, and throughout the appointment we never once felt rushed. Laura was friendly, knowledgeable, patient and genuinely passionate about helping us. She turned what could have been a really overwhelming experience into something exciting, enjoyable and memorable.

Thank you, Laura, for making our baby shopping experience such a positive one. We honestly can’t thank you enough for all your help and guidance. We left feeling so much more confident and informed, and we would highly recommend booking an appointment with Laura if you’re expecting a baby – she’s fantastic!

Had our buying for baby appointment today, had to wait a little while for Romy to be free as the store was busy but worth the wait. Came in feeling overwhelmed and unsure of what we needed, was so beneficial to book the time to talk through our list we set up ahead of time and she had reviewed before our meeting to help guide us through what we thought we wanted or liked and what we actually needed.

Left feeling much more organised and really appreciated that Romy had recently been through this journey and used many items we had looked at, so we benefited from her sharing her real life experience and recommendations. 100% recommend booking the appointment, didn't feel pressured to buy anything and the whole process was flexible and supportive. The vouchers are also a great benefit and Romy helped us maximise hitting the next threshold which was only £30 away as we had lost track.

Buying for Baby appointment with Jo in MK was super helpful. She was very knowledgeable and helped us to break down exactly what we need as first time parents.

We booked a Full Works appointment with a Kelly and were served by Kelly at the Cardiff Store.
We had absolutely no idea where to begin and she was so informative and walked us through all the major purchases. She gave us enough information to go away, think and research everything, but we knew we wanted to come back and purchase in the store due to the fantastic customer service.
A few days later we went back in to purchase our items and were served by Monera who was equally as fantastic! Thanks both, we love our new items and are now ready for baby 🩵

We attended a buying for baby appointment today in Wednesbury, and Destini was amazing. As first time parents, we really valued the time she spent with us, her patience in explaining everything and all without pressure to purchase anything. She made the experience so lovely.

We visited the Gateshead store for a pre-arranged appointment to view prams, we were served by Lily who took the time to go through the pram we liked but also compare it to other models they sell. Lily had a very in-depth knowledge of everything and as first time parents we were made to feel at ease throughout. We’ve both left the appointment with everything we need to know and feel a lot more confident. There was no hard sell or pushing of items and when we explained we had seen the price cheaper with another competitor then it was no issue in price matching. 5 star customer feedback from us!

We attended a 'buying for baby' appointment in the Maidstone branch, hosted by Alice. And it was AMAZING!
Alice was so welcoming and her product knowledge and expertise were so impressive - she knew how to use every product we requested to see, could advise on the add-ons we might need and gave amazing alternative options to suit our needs (like me needing a lower handle due to my height!), which meant we chose a bundle that makes us feel prepared for our little one to arrive - covering all bases.
We learnt so much information about general baby care too, which I don't think I would have learned elsewhere otherwise.
Also very impressed with the ordering/ payment options, which gave us flexibility to secure a price and bundle without committing to any upfront payment so we can check family contributions (which they can pay directly towards your order via the website by the way!).
Couldn't recommend this FREE opportunity to any other parents more. An amazing, personalised and judgement-free experience.
