We had an appointment as first time parents to be as we didn’t have any idea of what we needed. We were shown around what we needed, especially prams. Monera was very very helpful, she couldn’t do enough for us. Disassembling prams, going through everything. Super friendly and helpful for us. So thank you Monera we really appreciate it and feel much better informed.

We booked a 90 minute appointment with Maria at White City. She was excellent - really friendly and knowledgeable! Baby shopping can feel really overwhelming but she made it much easier. Couldn’t recommend more!

We had our buying for baby initial appointment on Friday with Gail in the Leeds Birstall store and we could not recommend her more! She was incredible, putting us at ease and explaining everything clearly. As first time parents, we were worried we would be overwhelmed with choices but she helped us make decisions, understand our options and figure out what we really needed.

We had the best experience during our 'Buying for Baby' appointment with Kirsty at the Oxford store. She was incredibly patient and answered all of our questions (and we had many!). We went through all the baby essentials in great detail, and she provided honest, practical advice about what was truly essential and what could wait until the baby arrives. We really appreciated her expertise and honesty. We would highly recommend this appointment to any first-time parents!

We had a buying for baby appointment with Mollie at Team Valley store Gateshead and she was absolutely fantastic. Looking at travel systems online was overwhelming and I had a vague idea of what I wanted but the ones we had been looking at weren’t really suiting our requirements! She instantly gave us 3 models that suited what we needed and had so much time and patience for us whilst we tried them all out. We ended up buying our travel system the same day and can’t wait for it to arrive!

I booked the one hour appointment and Ruby walked me through everything I needed and wanted to know. I went into the appointment not knowing much as a first time mam and came out feeling a lot more confident thanks to Ruby being so knowledgable and helpful! Definitely recommend this service, it’s fab.

Met with Stella at the Croydon branch for a buying for baby appointment and she couldn’t have been more helpful. She made the experience of buying for twins really relaxed and enjoyable and helped us to feel less overwhelmed. We would highly recommend!

We went to a ‘Buying for Baby’ appointment at Lakeside, Thurrock. Marie was amazing. We turned up having no idea about prams or car seats, and left feeling so confident. We found exactly what we wanted. Would recommend this appointment to new parents! Marie was helpful, patient, non biased, friendly and super knowledgable.

We booked an appointment at the Speke - Liverpool store. Liz was amazing, she talked us through absolutely everything and answered all our questions. She made the whole process much more simple and was so lovely

We booked an appointment at Teesside park M&P and Emma was outstanding, really helpful and knew the products inside out. Really pleasurable shopping experience. Especially when it's your first and you have no idea what to do.

I had a great experience at my appointment at chelmer village retail park in Chelmsford. Carmen was very attentive and answered all our questions regarding the different travel systems. She pointed out the essential features, pointing out the advantages and disadvantages of each. This really helped us compare and make a decision for what was best for us. Carmen was very knowledgeable, approachable and polite. She made the whole purchasing experience smooth and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this branch and all it's staff.

We had a fantastic experience at our Buying for Baby appointment with Keyaan at the Croydon branch. He was really friendly and down to earth and took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for.

We never felt like we were being pushed into a sale, which actually made us feel much more comfortable and more inclined to make the purchase we did. He was really knowledgeable, and if there was anything he wasn’t completely sure about, he made the effort to check with the wider team and make sure we were given the correct information.

We had our buying for baby appointment at the Trafford store with Natalie and can’t recommend her or the service more. We specifically wanted to discuss prams and she was so knowledgable and helped us gradually narrow down our options. We both came away feeling so much better and more confident going forward and will definitely be going back for more advice when the time comes!

Me and my wife attended the Preston store on Sunday 9th August. Our appointment was with Phoebe and she looked after us throughout. We attended the Mamas & Papas store in Gateshead for an appointment as first time parents to get an insight into what we are going to need. We were met with Ruby, she was so helpful and reassuring from the initial interaction. No question was a silly question and her knowledge was excellent. Ruby took the time to get to know us as a couple to find items which best suit our lifestyle. We ended up ordering our pram bundle and some furniture. Thank you Ruby for making the whole process seem so easy !

Such a helpful service offered during our 'Buying for baby' appointment. We were listened to by Rebecca at M&P Meadowhall who then suggested products based on our requirements and preferences. She was so helpful to us as to first time parents-to-be with very little knowledge of all things travel systems!

Debbie was so helpful when we went to out “buying for baby” appointment in Wycombe. We really didn’t know what pram to look at or funiture set just knew what we needed / wanted out of the appointment. She helped us pick out our whole travel system, nursery furniture and a few other bits that was on the list. So happy with everything we have ordered and can’t wait for it to arrive to set everything up for our boy when he arrives! Outstanding Customer Service – Leanne, Solihull

I just wanted to take a moment to recognise the fantastic customer service we received from Leanne.

From the moment we walked into the store, Leanne was so welcoming and friendly and made us feel really comfortable. She took the time to actually chat to us and ask questions about what we wanted and needed from a pushchair, rather than just showing us products.

She showed us a couple of pushchairs we were interested in and talked us through all the different features and options in a way that was really easy to understand. She was so knowledgeable but never made us feel rushed or pressured into making a decision.

What really stood out was that she didn’t just focus on what we needed for our baby now. She helped us think about the bigger picture and talked us through car seats, seating options and how different choices could work as our baby grows. It made the whole experience feel really personal rather than just about making a sale.

She also took the time to explain the payment options and the vouchers available, which was really helpful and something we were particularly interested in.

Leanne was so patient, thorough and enthusiastic throughout. Her knowledge gave us alot more confidence in the products we were looking at, and she genuinely went above and beyond to make sure we had all the information we needed.

Although we didn’t make a purchase on the day, she explained that we could book another appointment and go over anything we wanted to look at again, which was really reassuring. We’ll definitely be going back soon!

We honestly didn’t realise just how much there was to consider when choosing products for a baby, but Leanne made the whole process so much easier and less overwhelming.
