Amy C was incredible, she gave us so much of her time and didn’t make us feel rushed at all - she even had to extend our parking for us to give us more flexibility which was lovely! We got such a personalised experience, which was exactly what we needed as this was our first baby appointment and we needed a lot of information! Amy C was very knowledgable about all the products we asked about, but she also understood that we wanted most of all to learn about the pushchairs and she taught us everything. We ended up falling in love with the Maxi Cosi pram bundle and ordered it on the spot. Thanks again for all your help!

We had our Buying for Baby session booked at Watford, and we were warmly welcomed by Hope, who was attentive, incredibly knowledgeable and quickly made us feel at ease, which resulted in a wonderfully relaxed and insightful appointment. Very needed for new parents with little to no knowledge. We could confidently choose our travel system because of Hope’s help, as well as take advantage of the specials.
Truly a wonderful experience and we’re so grateful to Hope for making big decisions feel like the right ones. Will recommend to anyone and everyone.

We attended a buying for baby appointment with Trish from the Stockton office. She was kind and informative in advising us as first time parents.

I recently visited the Mamas & Papas store in Charlton, located inside Next, and I wanted to share the excellent service I received from Naomi.
Although I didn’t have an appointment and was simply a walk-in customer, Naomi was incredibly helpful, patient, and friendly from the moment she greeted me. She took the time to answer all of my questions about choosing a car seat for my baby, particularly as I was looking for one that would help reduce my back pain.
Naomi was very knowledgeable, honest, and informative, and I never felt rushed. She made the whole experience much easier and gave me confidence in making the right decision for my baby. I really appreciated the time and care she took to help me.
To top it all off, Naomi kindly managed to book me an appointment for Sunday, which I was very grateful for.

We had an appointment booked with Edwina at the Giltbrook Nottingham store. Edwina was incredibly knowledgeable about all of the products on offer. She went above and beyond to ensure that we received a personal and tailored approach to finding the right things for us and our baby. We would 100% recommend her and this bookable service to any parents to be looking for a truly enjoyable and informative experience.

Claire at the Longbridge Mamas and Papas store was absolutely brilliant! She was incredibly knowledgable and personable from the start. My husband and I felt completely at ease throughout the appointment and because of Claire’s advice we now have everything we need to help us feel more prepared than ever to meet our first baby in December!

Had our buying for baby appointment in the Swindon branch today with Kelly S. She was so informative and gave us her expert knowledge on each product.

We had an appointment with Liz on the 5th of July (in Liverpool). We are first time parents so we had lots of questions. Liz was extremely patient, explained everything in detail to us, spending around an 1 hr with me and my husband. We were happy with the experience and left from there with so much more baby knowledge ( and a full basket). Thanks Liz Xx

Kelly & Cat were great help. We booked a hour appointment slot to look at prams and other items we need as first time parents. Kelly was great at explaining all the prams to us and offered great advice on payments.

Romy in the Bedford store was amazing at our first appointment, her knowledge about everything in store was incredible and she really took her time to tell us about everything we might need as first time parents. Would highly recommend booking an appointment with her!

We visited Mamas & Papas Thurrock intending to have a quick look at nursery furniture, but ended up browsing the travel systems too. We hadn’t booked an appointment, yet Crystal took the time to help us and completely exceeded our expectations.

As first-time parents, choosing a pram can feel overwhelming, but Crystal was incredibly knowledgeable, patient and enthusiastic. Rather than simply showing us the different models, she explained the features, demonstrated how each one folded and unfolded, talked us through the pros and cons of each travel system, and answered questions we hadn’t even thought to ask. Nothing felt rushed, and she genuinely seemed to enjoy helping us find the right option for our needs.

The service was so outstanding that it completely changed our perception of where we wanted to buy our travel system. We actually had a dedicated 90-minute appointment booked elsewhere the following day, expecting that to be the better experience, but it fell far short of the standard Crystal had set. In comparison, the level of knowledge, care and customer service we received from Crystal was exceptional.

She’s a real credit to Mamas & Papas, and thanks to her we’ll be purchasing our travel system from you. Thank you, Crystal, for making what could have been an overwhelming decision such an enjoyable and reassuring experience.

Me and my husband visited the Leeds Birstall store this evening for an appointment with Gail.
From start to finish she was amazing, she gave us her honest advise on products including ones she has used herself, helped us save money on specific items, and put together a bundle of everything we needed. We walked out of the store within an hour having everything purchased very smoothly. 10/10 customer service from Gail, she was so lovely and I could tell she wanted to help us. On top of that she gave us both a Starbucks voucher so we could go for a coffee afterwards. Very happy with our experience and would recommend to anyone considering.

Imogen at the Speke store was amazing. We turned up with no idea what we wanted or needed and she was so helpful. We were talked through everything and left feeling much more prepared and now we have our pram all sorted after a demonstration of everything and a comparison. All our questions were answered. We’re so happy we chose to come into the store for our buying for baby appointment, can’t recommend the appointment and Imogen enough!

Visited Birmingham Gallagher store and had a really great appointment with Sue. She helped answer all of our questions and show us everything from car seats to furniture!

We attended Gateshead/team valley mamas and papas for a car seat appointment. Debbie helped us she came out to the car to check how baby was sitting in his current car seat as the issue was his head was tilting forward when he was asleep. Our car seat was the issue she showed us different options and helped us fit baby in to see how he was sat.
She has lots of knowledge and told us everything we needed to know.

We came in as first time parents who did not have any idea of what we needed or what we wanted. We booked an appointment which was with Danyelle which is found so useful. We came in not knowing anything and came out knowing what we wanted, what was best for our baby and what was going to be the easiest for us. I highly recommend using their appointment slots and even requesting Danyelle. She put us both at ease and didn’t make us feel any of our questions were a silly question.

Amina was so lovely. She took the time to explain the various prams to me and my mother and answered all our questions. Although we didn't have an appointment we found that she didn't rush us and gave valuable information.
