Visited the store in Wednesbury Monday afternoon, was greeted by Debbie who we actually had the appointment with.
She gave us the best tour a with us being new parents not knowing what to get she gave us the best advise! We glad we made the personal shop appointment as the original pram we was getting didn’t suit our daily needs. The pram we chose was on a brilliant promotion and suits our needs we also was told we will receive a voucher which is very much appreciated! We had such a lovely experience at Mamas & Papas. Yas was amazing and took the time to go through all the pram options with us, explaining the differences and recommending great alternatives.

We went in feeling completely overwhelmed, but left feeling so much more confident and happy with our decision. Thank you, Yas, for making the whole experience so easy. We’d definitely recommend booking an appointment at Milton Keynes.

We visited the Nottingham store for our Buying for Baby appointment and were looked after by Kelly W. She was very friendly and attentive, offering us water and checking that we were ok. She helped us to look for our travel system and discussed our preferences with us. She showed us different travel systems, talked us through how each part worked and guided us when we asked to have a go of folding etc ourselves. She was very knowledgable about the products and answered our questions very professionally. When we purchased our travel system, she then helped us to try on baby carriers which we will be purchasing with our voucher as soon as our travel system is delivered. We were very happy with the service, with the product we purchased based and would recommend this store to all.

Me and my partner are having our first child after multiple losses, we are nervous first time parents who were overwhelmed with all of the choice there is. I made an appointment with Mamas & Papas Southampton on the off chance it would help and oh my gosh did it ever.
First off, I want to give a massive shout out to the consultant named Faith, who was calm, knowledgable and super sweet.
No question was too big, she was patient and made us feel so comfortable!
I would recommend this experience to anyone and I 100% recommend you see Faith! - Faith Thankyou so much for making it such an enjoyable experience! We will be back to purchase many more items!

My wife and I went to Mamas and Papas at Teesside Park for a Buying For Baby appointment to look at prams. Sylvia was unbelievable, so knowledgable and helpful, she helped us find the perfect pram for us and showed us all the bells and whistles which reassured us that we'd made the right decision. We found the perfect pram for us, we didn't even know that was a thing, but after Sylvia showcased them for us, showing us all the features and shortcomings for our needs it made our decision easy. She was incredible

Attended store in Nottingham at Giltbrook Park for Buying for a Baby appointment, staff were extremely friendly on arrival and Edwina was amazing at showing us all the products. She was very friendly and informative. The whole experience was very welcoming, warming and informative. I would highly recommend.

We had an amazing experience at the mamas & papas Trafford store. With the wonderful Nicola! Who did our buying for baby appointment. We went in nervous, and clueless and came out feeling confident and fully prepared.all thanks to Nicola, she answered all of our questions, gave us some tips of her own. I attended my Buying for baby appointment at the Birmingham Gallagher Store. Amy T was wonderful and really went out of her way to help us with examples and real life stories of her own. She was warm and kind. She showed us all the essentials we will need for baby as first time parents and really took the time to explain and advise us. Amazing service, definitely recommend a store visit!

We had an appointment at Mamas & Papas, Swindon to shop for our pram, and Louise was absolutely fantastic. She made the whole experience so helpful and enjoyable, and thanks to her we were able to confidently choose the perfect pram bundle for us (Mamas and Papas, Flip XT3, Cloud T).

Louise answered every question we had, even when we asked the same things more than once, and she was always patient and reassuring. She happily showed us how to use the different features of the prams multiple times until we felt comfortable, and she took the time to go through all of the available deals again so we could make the best choice.

We were really pleased with the bundle we chose and managed to get a great deal too. Louise’s knowledge, patience, and excellent customer service made what could have been an overwhelming decision feel easy and exciting. We’re so pleased with our experience and can’t wait for our pram to be delivered. Thank you, Louise, for making such an important purchase such a positive one!

We attended our ‘Buying for Baby’ appointment today with Katie in Swansea. I had a phone call a few days before hand with Jill and she was great. She went through everything we were looking for ahead of our appointment so that the team could price match, which was something I didn’t realise the company did, so this was great! Katie was so attentive and knowledgable and was amazing in our appointment. She showed us everything in our bundle and went through demonstrations and questions/concerns as we went along. We felt so comfortable to be able to ask questions as first time parents and everything was answered in detail and was tailored to us and our lifestyle. We can’t thank Katie enough for her help in our appointment!

We had our first appointment at the Mamas & Papas store in Westfield White City and were looked after by Aayush. As first-time parents, we had lots of questions, and he spent a long time taking us through everything—from pushchairs and nursery furniture to feeding essentials and other baby products.

He explained everything clearly, in a friendly and practical way, and never once made us feel pressured to buy anything. Instead, he helped us understand the different options across a range of price points, pointed out the current summer offers, and even let us know we could come back during the week and still benefit from the discount.

It was a really informative and enjoyable experience, and thanks to Aayush we’re confident we’ll be returning to buy many of our baby essentials from Mamas & Papas. He is a fantastic representative for the brand. Thank you!

We had an appointment at Mamas & Papas and were lucky enough to be looked after by Evie. She was absolutely amazing from start to finish!

She took the time to show us all the different prams, car seats, and travel systems, explaining everything so clearly and answering every question we had. Nothing ever felt rushed, and she made what could have been a really overwhelming experience feel exciting and enjoyable.

Evie’s knowledge, patience, and friendly personality were outstanding. She genuinely cared about helping us find the right products for our family rather than just making a sale, and her recommendations were incredibly helpful.

Thank you, Evie, for making our appointment such a fantastic experience. You’re a real credit to Mamas & Papas, and we couldn’t recommend you highly enough!

Fantastic experience at the Speke, Liverpool store with Sharlotte. First baby so clueless and booked an appointment. Sharlotte went through everything we would need and why and gave honest advice which really helped us when making our purchase decisions. Would definitely recommend this store and booking an appointment!

Had an appointment with Kerry at Wednesbury store this afternoon she was very helpful, has lots of knowledge and showed patience and understanding with us being first time parents. She really talked us through the products in detail and was happy to demonstrate all the features of the products. Would definitely recommend to anyone and will be returning to the store. Mamas & Papas are very lucky to have someone like Kerry!

Our appointment with Adalia in Bedford was amazing. She was so lovely from the get go - A one of a kind experience that taught us so much as we are new upcoming parents. Highly recommend Adalia for your mamas&papas experience!! 10/10 definitely will be back to purchase more! X

Esme was absolutely incredible at our baby buying appointment. She honestly could not of been more helpful and attentive. She went through everything in extreme detail and it was just a an overall amazing experience.

Made an appointment at the Wednesbury store where Amy helped us with looking at pushchairs, car seats and cribs. She was really helpful and knowledgeable about the products. Would definitely recommend booking an appointment if you're first time parents like us. We had no clue where to start, but Amy made it all feel a lot less daunting.

Abbie at the Leeds store was very helpful and knowledgeable during our buying for baby appointment. We are first time parents and had no idea about prams and cars seats etc and she explained everything we needed to know really clearly without being too pushy or sales-y!

My wife and I had booked an appointment at the Next store. Helen was incredibly helpful. As first time parents, Helen gave us time with each pram and went through all the packages. Didn't pressure us to make a purchase on the spot. After a few days away, we today made our purchase at the store and again Helen allowed us to try the prams and try the car seats. Really kind and gave us a great service.
