Milly was super helpful at our buying for baby appointment. She was patient and very knowledgable throughout. We received demonstrations of several prams along with a range of other products. Milly was able to provide excellent insights that were tailored to us, giving us the confidence that the products demonstrated would help us give our baby the best start in life.

We popped in to the LongBridge Birmingham store to have a look around at the pushchair systems.
Claire was really helpful - went through all the details and gave us a very good demo of the Occaro2 and the also the carrier. She answered all our questions and we came away a lot more knowledgeable.
As suggested we then booked in for a buying for baby appointment at a more local branch (Solihull) and ended up ordering the Ocarro2.

I attended the buying for baby appointment on Saturday and was privileged to have the wonderful Rachel look after us. Rachel was extremely knowledgeable and helpful making the experience so enjoyable, you can tell Rachel had a depth of knowledge about all aspects of what Mamas and Papas have and advised us on what would be suit us, Rachel was friendly and made my special day even better, I purchased a pram, nursery furniture and next to me bed. I will definitely be back to purchase anything else I need in the future. Highly recommend

We booked an appointment with Harriet at the Swindon store who was extremely helpful. As first time parents we were looking for some guidance on prams and travel systems. She really took the time to explain and demonstrate how the prams work and made the whole experience so positive, rather than feeling completely overwhelmed. We were able to try out various models for ourselves and we're not rushed or pressured into anything. Harriet mentioned she had not been with the company very long yet bit was very knowledgeable already. Thank you.

We went to a Buying for Baby appointment in the Nottingham store with Lilia. Lilia was professional, knowledgable and calm throughout the appointment. She was extremely helpful, friendly and we have come away feeling so much calmer about what we need to get for our twins. Thank you!

Adalia was marvelous during hour 1h 30min appointment. We learned a lot and made the difference for us. She made sure we got the best value for our money and provided personal advice.

Robyn at the Farnborough store was so knowledgeable and made us feel so welcome from the start. Robyn didn’t pressure us at all, and we didn’t think we’d be buying on the day because we didn’t think we would find anything that fit all our criteria. We could tell we were in such good hands though, as we described what we were looking for in a replacement for our current pushchair and she immediately showed us something so perfect that we ended up buying it! Would highly recommend an appointment with Robyn if you need help picking stuff out whether you’re expecting or already have children. Thank you Robyn!

The customer service in the Swindon store was exceptional from the moment we walked in. It was a hot weekend so were offered water and a place to sit while waiting for our sales consultant due to lead the Buying for Baby session. Kelly S was an excellent guide to the products we were interested in and used our notes about lifestyle and budget to tailor the experience. Kelly was friendly and knowledgeable, encouraging us to have time to discuss the options and seeking feedback about the appointment after. Kelly looked for the best deals on the items we had chosen to purchase and thoroughly explained the deposit, voucher and delivery systems. Thank you Kelly for your time and a great experience!

We visited the Gateshead team valley store today and wanted to praise Debbie for being so knowledgeable and helpful during our appointment. We left with exactly what we were after, but with the added knowledge and demonstrations so we can use our new pram confidently. Keep it up Debbie 🙌🏻

We had a pregnancy appointment and needed literally everything. Romy talked us through each section giving us all the knowledge and specs of each item as well as price checks/deals to help us save money also. As we spent over a cetain amount, we were eligible for the cashback vouchers which will definitely come in handy when baby arrives. Thanks so much to Romy for going through all of the products we needed in such detail and helping us come to a decision. We are now fully ready for baby. We booked an appointment to buy our baby everything she needed, Isobel from Nottingham was extremely helpful and patient with us, she was with us for nearly 2 hours helping us make some decisions.
I would highly recommend Isobel and would definitely go back and ask for her help when we next attend the store.

This was our first baby appointment and Monera in the Cardiff store couldn’t have been more helpful. We had very little knowledge of the best prams and car seats to buy but within the hour appointment we felt a lot more confident in what brands and products were best for us. Monera asked questions about our lifestyle to make sure we chose the best products and we were given a helpful check-list of everything we needed to buy. We had lots of questions about other baby products and there wasn’t one question she couldn’t answer. A very productive first appointment!

We had David at Bluewater to take us through a nursery/pram appointment. He was absolutely wonderful and despite being the only staff on shop floor due to sickness he was nothing short of professional and helpful. We went away with a lasting impression and more informed on all the items we needed. Would highly recommend

We booked a Buying for Baby appointment, and were served by Alice at the New Malden store in London. She was exceedingly helpful and patient, taking the time to let us try out the items, taking out other items to show us, and being very helpful in highlighting the key differences between products. She was never pushy and never tried to upsell. We had a really positive experience and would gladly go back for additional baby purchases.

Rhi made our car seat appointment fantastic. She answered all questions and completely put my mind at ease. Absolutely recommend!

We are first time parents so booked an hour session with a member of staff to talk through travel systems. Louise introduced herself and asked us what we were looking for. We explained our preferences and she considered this criteria throughout our appointment. She was extremely informative, friendly and approachable for the entire time, offering snippets of personal experience aswell as officially listed pros and cons. Would definitely recommend booking a session if you, like us, had no idea what you were looking at.

As first time parents we booked the 1.5 hours appointment as the Swindon Mannington store. We were helped by Natasha and she was amazing!! Helped us feel comfortable and answered all our questions - fantastic service!!

Romy was extremely helpful during my 30 minute appointment to finalise my pram choice. She went through everything in detail and talked me through everything I needed to know. She also found a price match for the bundle I wanted, which was originally out of budget! Great service!
