We are first time parents so booked an hour session with a member of staff to talk through travel systems. Louise introduced herself and asked us what we were looking for. We explained our preferences and she considered this criteria throughout our appointment. She was extremely informative, friendly and approachable for the entire time, offering snippets of personal experience aswell as officially listed pros and cons. Would definitely recommend booking a session if you, like us, had no idea what you were looking at.

As first time parents we booked the 1.5 hours appointment as the Swindon Mannington store. We were helped by Natasha and she was amazing!! Helped us feel comfortable and answered all our questions - fantastic service!!

Romy was extremely helpful during my 30 minute appointment to finalise my pram choice. She went through everything in detail and talked me through everything I needed to know. She also found a price match for the bundle I wanted, which was originally out of budget! Great service!

We had an appointment booked with Beth in Nottingham, Giltbrook store and she couldn’t have been more helpful. Very knowledgeable and made my partner and I feel at ease when deciding what products were best for us, which was important being soon to be first time parents. Thank you Beth.

This was our first experience with mamas and papas, and it was amazing, we were welcomed by a staff member called Lindsey G and she made us feel at ease with everything. She talked and demonstrated us through all the equipment we will need, we didn't feel rushed or unwelcome. We had our first appointment with her to get everything we needed on order without feeling pressured. This is our first child and this experience just made it feel more real and magical.

Debbie at the High Wycombe Store was a breath of fresh air at our buying for baby appointment. She was friendly and able to tailor the appointment to my needs. I was mainly there to add stuff for my baby shower wishlist, but ended up leaving with a car seat.

Great experience so far highly recommend. We booked an appointment to have look at a pram bundle and from the moment we walked in we felt we were talking to a professional! Phoebe is incredibly knowledgeable and could tell you everything you need on all of their products, which is exactly what we needed as first time parents. The products are of high quality and good bundles are available. After a couple of weeks of thinking, we went back with a few questions before buying our bundle and without hesitation Phoebe went through things with us again and showed us the product again.

Monera was so incredibly helpful during our 1 hour appointment. She went through all the different buggy options and help us narrow down what we needed. Definitely a very helpful session.

Lakeside store - appointment with Marie

When we entered the store we were greeted by a team of really friendly staff who offered us both a cold bottle of water.

We had a personal shopping appointment at Mamas & Papas to get an idea of everything we’ll need for our first baby, and it was such a great experience.

Marie spent so much time with us, explaining everything thoroughly and tailoring her advice to our needs. She was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and friendly, making us feel completely at ease from the moment we arrived. No question was too much trouble, and she answered all of our concerns with expert advice and reassurance.

She demonstrated the different prams and car seats, talking us through the features, benefits, and what would be most suitable for our lifestyle. Her experience and knowledge made what initially felt like an overwhelming process much easier.

We went to Mamas & Papas in Culverhouse Cross Cardiff yesterday for our first look at baby stuff. I’m half way through my pregnancy and didn’t expect to actually buy anything but got pretty much all the big stuff we need for the first 6 months.
Our appointment was with Jess and she was absolutely fantastic! We were completely clueless and had no idea what we were looking at. Jess made us feel so comfortable and no question was silly. Jess went through our lifestyle and then what would suit us, also comparing other brands to the one we ended up buying.
Jess made very nervous parents feel completely at ease and actually super excited!! We can’t wait for our pram system to come along with everything else we ordered!

Had a 90 minute baby appointment with Jess in Cardiff. She was very helpful and knowledgable about all the products and cleared any doubts we had. We finalised on our travel system and had a lovely experience at the store. Highly recommend the store and Jess for your baby appointent.

Had an appointment booked to discuss strollers. Was taken care of by Jess who was absolutely fantastic! She was very thorough, knowledgeable and patient. Her customer service was impeccable and unbiased. Made our choice much easier to make and we actually ended up making a decision! Thanks again to Jess for the amazing service

We had a great experience at the Mamas and Papas store at Birstall shopping park, Leeds.
We did a buying for baby appointment with Michelle who was really helpful and answers all our questions. She manages to save us a lot of money and was really patient with us and all our new parent questions. Would highly recommend

As first-time parents, we weren’t sure what to expect when we booked The Full Works in-store buying appointment at the Watford store, but the experience exceeded all of our expectations.

We were looked after by Hope, who was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. She took the time to explain everything clearly, making what could have been an overwhelming experience feel easy and enjoyable. There was absolutely no hard selling—instead, she gave us honest advice about what we did and didn’t need, which we really appreciated.

Hope was incredibly friendly, patient, and happy to answer every question we had, no matter how small. She made us feel completely at ease and turned what we thought might be a stressful shopping trip into a genuinely pleasant experience.

She is a real credit to both the Watford store and the company. If you’re booking a buying appointment at the Watford store, I’d highly recommend asking for Hope—you won’t be disappointed!

It was very helpful to get the details and comparisons of products.

Today we had our appointment to choose a car seat, pushchair, and nursery furniture with Romy at Bedford , and she was absolutely lovely. She was so supportive, knowledgeable, and patient, and helped us find everything we needed. Thank you so much, Romy, for making the whole experience so enjoyable!

We had a great Buying for Baby appointment at Mamas & Papas Southampton with Carol. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and created a really relaxed atmosphere.

She happily demonstrated different prams and bedside cots, encouraged us to try everything ourselves, and answered all our questions. Best of all, there was no hard sell or pressure to buy.

A really helpful experience that made us feel much more confident. Highly recommend!

As first time parents, we entered Mamas and Papas a little unsure and overwhelmed at the range of choices of travel systems. Paired with a lack of knowledge about which ones would be best suited to us and our lifestyle, it is safe to say we were two very anxious soon-to-be parents. Thank goodness for Harrison, who was so knowledgeable and really went the extra mile to answer our questions and demonstrate the many different qualities and features of various travel systems. We left that appointment feeling so much more in the know and so at ease. Booking that appointment was the best decision we had made! Thank you Harrison.

Visited Mamas and Papas today for a buying for baby appointment.

On arrival we were greeted by Sue who checked us in and proceeded to demonstrate the items we were interested in. We then headed over to a seated area to place our order.

We had the best experience using the Buying for Baby appointment system at the Stockton Mamas & Papas store. Sylvia led our appointment and her customer service and knowledge of all products left us feeling so at ease and comfortable. We were shown the products we were interested in in depth without being overwhelmed. We are so happy with all items we bought and feel so much more prepared for baby.
