We had an appointment with Kelly L at the Swindon branch and she was incredibly nice and helpful with all our questions even if sounding ridiculous and helping us pick out the buggy right for us as we’re first time parents we had no idea but Kelly’s knowledge and assistance made our day at a confusing time choosing our buggy would highly recommend the store and Kelly L to help you everyone else was very lovely too

We booked a buying for baby appointment in hoped to get more clarification on things we'd already had a brief look at, and Helen @Preston helped us go through everything we wanted to see and more. We really appreciate her help, which made us both feel at ease for the whole appointment

As a first-time mum, I felt totally overwhelmed by the information online. I booked an appointment at Swansea store (Morfa) to understand prams and car seats specifically. Staff looked after us from the second we arrived. Special shout out to Jenna and Donna who were so patient, friendly and knowledgeable. It was a lovely, calm environment to test out products and ask questions, with no pressure. They helped me find the perfect travel bundle for baby, thank you!!

We attended the Nottingham Mama’s and Papa’s store on 27th June for our Buying for Baby appointment. We were greeted warmly by the staff and then our store expert Lilia came and introduced herself. From the start of the appointment, it was clear nothing was too much trouble for her. She was outstanding!! She ensured we could try all the products we needed to, answered all of our questions throughly and helped us decide on what would suit our needs. We ended up ordering a travel system bundle, then shopping around after the appointment, Lilia continued to answer all our questions. Her product knowledge was fantastic and I genuinely felt no pressure to buy anything. I attended with my husband, mother and father in law and we call kept commenting on how brilliant Lilia was! Thank you for everything Lilia :)

Made an appointment with Ellie in the Cardiff store for our daughter & Husband who are expecting our first grandchild . our appointment was for Saturday 27 June at 11.30 we arrived an early which was not a problem for Ellie who came to get us she explained the baby checklist and acknowledged that she had notes of what we would like to look . She took us around the whole store from the nursery furniture to the mattress section onto the next to me beds and finally finished at the travel system section where she went through all the prams car car seats we were interested in demonstrating how they changed from carrycot to pushchair and all the refinements of each one including the car seats ,she even took us out to the car so we could ensure the pram fitted into the car . we were extremely impressed by her product knowledge and the way in which she delivered all the information including pros and cons to help us decide on the best travel system for our needs at no time did we feel pressured into anything at all and we had the option to go away and think about it before making a decision. By the end of the appointment our daughter was so happy with the service and answers to all her questions that Ellie had given we purchased the Ocarro 2 travel system bundle in Evergreen which Ellie also informed us was on sale and we could also pick a going home outfit , and on top of that we would get some vouchers to spend once our goods had been delivered. we left the store completely satisfied and with a delivery date for our purchase . Joella was extremely helpful during our buying for baby appointment. She answered all of our questions, was very knowledgeable of the products we were interested in and gave great advice. She even helped us with price matching our chosen furniture set. Thank you

We had our first ever buying for baby appointment with Lindsey at Trafford, Manchester. Going in we had no idea where to start. Lindsey sat down and talked us through a plan of action and then we moved into reviewing and trying things out. Lindsey was patient with all my answers and made me feel at ease. She made sure to include both me and my partner and really made the whole experience amazing.
We have left feeling alot more clued up on what to expect, what we need and am understanding on safety.

The service has been awesome from day one!First it was the nursery appointment,discussing all things baby and nursery,Yas the deputy manager was amazing,she answered every single one of my questions,and explained all the products in detail as well as doing all the demonstrations very well!
She listens so well and responds very well.
We were looking at the Cybex pushchairs,she has been so helpful and today we made our purchase.
I would recommend 100% and yes I will go back to the Mamas and papas Milton Keynes store again,we’re ayas is the deputy manager !

we attended a baby buying appointment as first time parents at the trafford centre store. Nida was so helpful in explaining and comparing different brands of prams etc, she addressed all our concerns and questions. definitely very useful and would recommend :)

My husband and I visited Mamas & Papas Martlesham-Ipswich for a Baby Buying Appointment and had such a fantastic experience from start to finish.

On Wednesday, we met with Lily, who was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. As first-time parents, there's so much to learn, but Lily took the time to walk us through all the different prams, showing us how they folded, how they handled, and helping us compare the options without ever making us feel rushed. She also talked us through car seats and other essentials, including the Next to Me crib, bouncers, and the Baby Bug, answering every question we had with genuine enthusiasm and expertise.

We returned on Monday and were assisted by Carolyn, who was equally wonderful. She went above and beyond to help us find the best possible deal during the Summer Savings event and helped us secure our dream setup. Thanks to her guidance, we purchased the Ocarro 2 travel system, the Lua bedside crib, and a bouncer. Carolyn was incredibly kind, patient, and determined to help us save money where possible. She even managed to include a lovely freebie at checkout, which was such a thoughtful touch and really made our day.

Both Lily and Carolyn made what could have been an overwhelming experience feel exciting, enjoyable, and stress-free. Their knowledge, kindness, and excellent customer service were outstanding, and we left feeling confident and excited about preparing for our baby's arrival.

We had a "Buying for Baby" appointment with Phoebe at the store in Farnborough and she was fantastic. She talked us through the different options for lots of baby products including pushchairs, car seats and cots. She was very knowledgable, patient, friendly, professional and not at all pushy when it came to the buying decision. The store itself was nicely presented and had a great range. It feels like a "one stop shop" for baby products. I highly recommend this experience if you want help picking the right baby products.

Last week, We booked a buying appointment on the same day (as well being a Saturday)! Jodie at the Mamma & Pappas in Maidstone was amazing. Being first time parents with a baby due in October, we had no idea where to start when it come to buying for our newborn. Jodie made us feel so at ease and guided us through the store with what we may need whilst demonstrating all of the product, letting us have a go at using the prams etc. We went onto this appointment thinking it would be a sales opportunity for the store but we was so wrong, there was no pushing in buying anything and no pressure however we ended up buying a pram bundle and we are going to add to the bundle with them as we go!
