What a great experience
What a great experience, the staff are fantastic, very knowledgeable supportive, friendly, the progress from filling out the online form, to booking a consultation appointment was less than 24hrs.
I was having trouble filling out the online evaluation so it was done over the phone. The whole process was effortless.

Over 3 years with mamedica and had lots…
⁸Over 3 years with mamedica and had lots of different problems but having had moldy flower they wouldn't let me send back now I've received my 3rd vape cartridge that doesn't work straight out the packet at £80 each then being told to email again and their supplier has 8 weeks to respond even after never getting a response for the other 2 tapes let alone a refund and their response to moldy flower was noone else complained about it apparently.
Absolutely disgusting operation after costing me between £300 and £400 a month for products that don't even work at all.
Looking at changing to a different clinic after this no other company can sell you a item that's broken and make you wait 2 months to need even get a response.
My name is Chris s. If you get my honest review deleted again I will be taking legal action because you are flagging negative reviews and getting a then fabricated score to look better than you are . Really dodgy saying you can't find account sounds premeditated for flagging another hoest negative review.

I haven’t had my consultation yet but so far these guys have been amazing, specifically Simran who has gone out of their way to help and even managed to get me booked in much sooner than expected. Kudos for making this process easier.

Avoid Mamedica they're a ripoff
Avoid this company they are a total ripoff with lots of hidden fees and "essential" but expensive follow up appointments. I have just been told there's a £75 fee to rearrange a "complimentary" appointment which they booked. Customer services are unhelpful.

I had a really positive experience with Mamedica today. I spoke with Stephen, and he was genuinely excellent throughout. He was straight to the point, very knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly without overcomplicating anything.
The whole process felt smooth and efficient, and I left the conversation feeling fully reassured and well looked after. It’s rare to get service that feels both professional and genuinely helpful, but Stephen delivered exactly that.
Overall, I’m very satisfied with the service and impressed with how easy everything was made for me.
