Every step of the sign up process has been a breeze, ive only been met with clear, friendly, and informative conversations, be it via email or phone call.

Yousef, in particular has been outstanding. Very knowledgeable on the entire process, he walked me through everything I needed to know, and has me fully equipped and prepared for my upcoming consultation. If you still have questions after talking to him, you might not have been listening. 10/10

Takes a bit of time to get going but once you’re there is super easy.

And honestly the only reason it takes a while is because they need to talk to GP and NHS to get your files.

Consultation was super easy with a very friendly Doctor, everyone I spoken with (and I had some issues) was incredibly helpful. I mean it feels amazing to speak about different medications to staff without feeling like I’m breaking the law.

Been with mamedica a while now and they keep going from strength to strength. The staff are so helpful and friendly and show you a great level of care.
They have a wide rage of expertise regard their products & treatment plans along with having a good selection of products to medicate with.
Ordering your repeat couldn't be easier with the portal system each month & all delivered securely to your door.
Since being with mamedica I've stopped all pharmaceuticals & only treat myself with cannaboids.
I would highly recommend mamedica to anyone and I often do.
Personally I think that mamedica are by far the best clinic out there,with thier discounts for service personnel and people on benefits.

Initial consultation went okay but took weeks to receive my first prescription. Items kept going out of stock by the time my prescription requests were finally acknowledged. No issue with the delivery itself once I had finally received the invoice and paid.

First prescription had to be split into 2 deliveries due to a delay on one of the products but I was told I would not be charged delivery for the second half. After finding out I had been charged for delivery on both I contacted the prescription team who just said there's nothing they can do about it without listening properly to what I was telling them. Takes a while to get a response via email and takes ages to get through when calling them. They have just hung up on me a couple times whilst waiting for them to pick up.

The mamedica own brand flower was terrible quality, came really dry with muted terpines but carmel brand one seemed to be a lot better.

Overall just very disorganised and unprofessional. Will be looking at alternative clinics if not resolved soon as I need to reliably receive my medication without having to constantly chase everything up and worry about being ripped off.

Update: seems to run a bit smoother once plan is set up and I can just order my prescription on the website. Also I got £10 credit for the extra delivery I had to pay after they saw this review.

The team have been so kind, I’m autistic and they took the time to explain everything to me. Sunny was so kind to me on the phone and helped me through everything. My experience has been incredible couldn’t recommend the company more. Also helped with my chronic pain more than any other medication.

Well I’ve finally found drs that listen to me and take me seriously I can’t thank the drs and all the staff at Mamedica enough I’ve been with you guys for a couple of months and I’m blown away on how helpful you all are the phone staff helped me and listened as much as the drs did I liked how script was sent out the day after I placed my order many thanks for all your help

Like many, the move away from 'the streets' is a blessing. No more furtiveness. And for medical users, I've got 4 decades experience of medical use. So comparing like for like: Mamedica is as good as any you will find out there. Prices from around £5-8 gram and the 10 gram packages point on weight. Never underweight. Never had mould in 13 months either. The streets have different calibration on the scales as we all know. Plus, a year of Mamedica and I've managed to not be disappointed. YouTube users reviews on all the varieties so watch before buying if its a new product. Shame we cannot just grow ourselves, but the offerings from Mamedica are 'comparable' as another med user told. Never had a prescription late. Just be sure to order early if Bank Holidays are upon us. Govt will not pay for prescriptions or work out a bulk deal for supply. But if your buying regardless, then work out a minimum 28 day or 4 week supply. And vape it. More so for older users used to using tobacco to eke out more of a smoke. Vape is a different effect, but once used to it you will get a lot more from the vape. Used material can be kept and used in cooking or eaten as is. Careful with that if you have never used. Signing up is easy as 123. Go to GPs and ask receptionist for the initial form to allow Mamedica access to some medical details. (SCR) and if more evidence needed you can get your medical reports, in detail, for the last few decades if needs be. Mamedica have CBD/THC for edibles or vape/smoke. THC can be very low or pretty high, over 30. This just means you use less. The staff I dealt with, from the doctors to the ladies and gents with the various departments. Never had one who did not know what they were talking about. Being able to use cannabis legally and responsibly is the way forward. People have lost jobs for being caught in possession of cannabis. And driving licences. I chose not to drive as I use a fair bit for pain management. However, if I do not use in the morning, I feel perfectly capable of driving, but would come up positive in the standard roadside test and the more detailed lab test. Thats why I choose not to drive. Like all medications, advice is to not drive IF you feel impaired in any way. I would not assume that having cannabis prescribed legally is going to mean any positive cannabis test is void. Its not. Same with heavy machinary, or dangerous work conditions. I don't feel comfrtable working at heights using cannabis. There are side effects you should be aware of. But that said the side effects are a lot less than heavy hitting pain/other medications. You might get the munchies. Paranoia is cited as a side effect: it is when your carrying illegal cannabis through the gates at a festival and see a sniffer dog lurking. On a serious note, certain mental illnesses do not go well with cannabis or THC. Thankfully the process Mamedica use will filter out anyone who specifically needs to avoid cannabis, alcohol and other drugs. I know the thought of online appointments with doctors scare people, but fear not. My doctor wore a flowery shirt and had a nice beach background. Just be honest, your medical history depending on age will likely be extensive, and you qualify on a number of conditions. Is cannabis a miracle drug? No. But is it a plant with thousands of positive uses? Yes. Many plants are like that. It's good for the UK to legalise medical use. I'd like to see it legalised further and the billions made put back into mental health service, pain management and its time to declare loneliness a health hazard. Hopefully med users will form local groups to help each other. Even Mamedica doctors know that some of the patients are more knowledgeable than them about cannabis but without the backing of such doctors we'd be risking prison. In 20I9 I was told by a leading pain management professor that cannabis was not a suitable pain management medication. The group of chronic pain sufferers he told this to: 50% were using cannabis long term to cope with pain. I think because cannabis was illegal (still is) many docs were wary of going against officialdom. Anyway, thanks to the docs I've seen. And all the staff. Nicola the person who tracked a late order I made. Must be a fantastic place to work for. A few influencer types moan a bit online, but many review for cash. not impartial and cry if the THC is a point or two lower . Watch real people review not influencers. But vaping it nothing tastes bad. Not tried edibles, but expended vape material is a free edible. 1G amounts, 10G min, for an introductory tester package? That said, once you been with Mamedica a few months, you will find varieties you just keep ordering regular. Sativa for daytime, Indica for evening. Sometimes a preferred go-to is not there but I've never had a disappointment. Compared to the street?: Xanadu. PS any jobs?
