To be fair Mamedica did reach out to me post my review. They listened and made me another appointment.

The next appointment went much better and was given a much more suitable prescription.

I should have prompted myself to ask more questions which are obvious after reflection. This is regarding daytime Sativa consumption I should have asked for vape instead of flower due to work and being in public. However, hindsight is a wonderful thing.

I am pleased it went well as wanted to use Mamedica as was highly recommended to me.

When I made initial contact the rep was great. He put me at ease and gave me space.

I paid the fee and awaited a consultation.

This is where it started to go wrong. Now the Doctor was overly dismissive and not overly interested that I had a serious spinal operation and also have a chronic back issue.

He proceeded to tell me that everything is illegal and I could not have the flower.

He then prescribed me the weakest drops in the menu. So much so that with THC aside you could get stronger at Holland and Barrett.

I was so disappointed that I decided not to move forward and have to stick with my NHS issuer opiate medication which I wanted to get off.

I was hoping to be asked for feedback as to why I didnt take it up but received nothing.

Naturally, I do not want to publicly name anyone but hope you understand my frustration. I came for you for help and was just made to feel stupid and my condition discarded.

I need a contact as nothing on website.

Had a phone call from Marc Garcia from mamedica. Very helpful and friendly. Answered all my questions and gave more information that was appreciated 🙏

From the initial phone call to to getting to my consultation, took 3 days. That is thanks to the dedication and hard work of the team, the customer service is exemplary cannot fault the service. A particular mention to Marc who made me feel like someone actually genuinely cared and strived to go above and beyond.

Been with mamedica 2 months top service rlly good meds fast deliverys rlly helpful staff that help you get signed up top strains/brand selection i wouldn't chose anyone else if you appreciate a patient led clinc this is the one thanks vinny and the mamedica team for the top service these guys make GPS look thick with service and speed had a issue with a order rung and vinny had it sorted within the hr. And had it dispatched for next day delivery

The lady I spoke to at Mamedica was lovely and very helpful. She sorted out my problem completely there and then - and showed incredible patience with my (as usual!) garbled explanation.

Very smooth process from start to finish. Customer service was excellent from the whole team. Yousef Issa, especially, was brilliant in helping me expedite registration, gave me updates immediately, ensuring minimal delays. Didn’t think it would be possible but Yousef reassured me every step of the way. It really felt like he was there to help. Big thank you to whole Mamedica Team!

Edit: one month in, consultant made mistake and instead of sending medication, I now have to wait a week in inflammation and pain, due to ‘admin error’. Zero empathy, clinic definitely feels like it’s about the numbers not the patients. Flower also missing from prescription, although resolved in 4 days.

Edit: reply to mamedica, if only you were as quick with patients in private as you are responding to public reviews… we would not be here!!! This edit is being left as a last resort. Been on the phone to mamedica everyday. Haven’t been able to leave my house for literally a week because everyday I am told tomorrow. How many people are experiencing similar issues… that you don’t know who I am and need to reach out via trust pilot? Called again today and you still do not know when my medication will be sent! Ridiculous honestly. Getting worse day by day. Find a clinic that actually cares about patients not profits. What is clear is you do not take patients seriously privately, but act like you do publicly

Mamedica are amazing.my first consultation went really well and I have been prescribed medical cannabis for my migraines.I spoke to the staff on the phone regarding my payment for my prescription and they were so helpful and friendly and put me at ease. I have just been updated via email to say my package will be arriving tomorrow before 1.00pm via Royal mail.Thankyou so much Mamedica.

Spoke with Sunny today regarding my prescription. Amazing service, very professional as always, and always quick to help with any queries.

Yousef Issa you done a cracking job representing thr onboarding team,

Make sure to cover everything Yousef even took away a query and provided the answer the next time we spoke without being promted for this.

I asked about a referall scheme two weeks prior to my sign up and when i called in to speak to Yousef he mentioned that he has looked into this and provided tge answer i required.

Will post a review on there medication later but so far they have come correct , profesional and are easy to contact as well.

Vinny. Has went Above and beyond for my package to be dispatched. Whilst it was great difficulty being in a hospital and wouldn’t reconcile my Face ID. I want to personally thank Vinny. And his work is somewhat rewarded. Cheers vinny mate. God bless u lad
