Absolutely amazing company. Never shopped with them before, but decided to order a collectors box of Magic The Gathering Edge of Eternities from them. And not only did it arrive earlier than expected, they also added a couple of free little treats of a booster pack, and a random MtG card. Will definitely be shopping there again!

Manaleak.com have an amazing selection of Magic The Gathering cards, I found one that I could not find anywhere else. Even though it was a rare card it was fairly priced and when I ordered the card it was dispatched and arrived very quickly. Great service, great shop.

Manaleak were fantastic last time I played magic some 8 years ago and they are excellent now. Good prices, great customer service. I got sent the wrong card from a batch of singles I ordered, was sorted in 5 minutes of me calling.

One thing I would mention is the website seems to take a long time to fetch search results.

Great value for money, they are even used recycled packaging which was nice to see reducing waste! The freebies are a nice addition.

I mean I’m not complaining as such but when you order something and it says 1-2 working days and it still hasn’t arrived on the 3rd or 4th day it a bit of a joke. You guys have a store in Birmingham how hard is it to ship to the next county over? The prices are good and the browser is user friendly but to be honest my first impressions are not good ones especially as I had to drop out of a commander tournament (after saying my order was urgent) because of me not having my commander in time. Not good guys. Not good. And I’m not looking for any sort of refund or anything because I’m sure I will get my cards but I just wanted you to know I’m not happy with the service that has been provided at the moment.

Update: have gotten through to the customer services and they have assured me that it is on its way and if the cards don’t arrive then they will send a replacement in its place.

I've ordered a few times from Manaleak now. I find that they have a good level of stock in and that it's very well priced.

More importantly than that though, for me, is the ease of use of the website. It works flawlessly on mobile and in a browser. It lets you search or 'tutor' for the cards individually, or with the deck builder - which allows you to search for scores of cards at a time, sorted however you like.

Finally, I've been in touch with the guys there about two of my orders, once explaining that I needed to get delivery for an upcoming game, who not only replied quickly, but fast-tracked the order for me to be able to play!

Great set-up, will be using again, and again.

Manaleak have consistently excellent customer service. They're friendly, professional, and sort out any issues that may arise. Best value for money and selection. Been using them since I started playing MTG and can't see not doing so in the future.

What can I say, I came from Wayland's forge and have been there for some time, eventually starting my own D&D session being a DM. The tables provided with the number of players in my group wasn’t to my liking at Waylands, as it didn’t scale well with my group. Which, is understandable with the store giving priority to larger groups (My group consist of 4 players and me as DM and most other group are 6 people). This is when I contacted ManaLeak.Com Birmingham and to my surprise, one of the staff wholesomely greeted me and made me felt welcomed. Telling me that the store caters for D&D, MTG and other hobbyist traditional games, I took it to have a check with my group and book in one of the weeks.

The following week, we were welcomed by friendly faces telling me the reserved table was and that refreshment were there for us. This wasn’t needed but I admire the admiration that is placed for new customers, and that my friends felt comfortable knowing that they can have something to eat whiles easing into a new environment. The store in the early afternoon is peaceful and relaxing, when it does get late, people in the store respects others presence which makes the atmosphere peaceful. The tables are must larger which helps me keep track of items instead of putting it under the table like I use to, chairs are comfortable and what I really appreciate is that there’s space so that everyone doesn’t feel cramped.

Now I go there weekly with my friends, knowing a table is to our liking, were not cramped and can move tables if I feel that it’s an issue without being told off. There’s an archive full of MTG cards, if we felt like buying the singles if we wanted to play a quick MTG game and that I don’t have to shout over others to be heard as the store is quite large. A bonus is that I never felt the need to worry about snacks, drinks and light food as the store has a variety of items that are well priced to buy.

One of the day this week my friend had a birthday so we thought that ordering a pizza whiles playing D&D would be great. I told the staff a day prior and he was more than happy to allow it, this was great because like I mentioned before the tables being large worked well for food we ordered which was pizzas. That was a good day and that wouldn’t happen without the store being generous, that’s why I am happy to recommend this store to anyone who are interested in TCG, board games, D&D and other games. I want to thank especially Tu Manaleak Nguyen, for helping me and my friend be regular customers.

For the second time, these guys failed to dispatch in under a week. This time, I had to actually email them to get them to ship at all. Considering you pay a real premium over ordering from Europe, you would expect some standard of delivery. Avoid unless you can't get cards from anywhere else- they spend too much time updating social media and streaming FNM and not enough time actually shipping cards.

Brilliant service from them I contacted them about my order and they got back to me straight away (no joke). I Will be useing them from now on and will be telling every one I know to use them as well. If I could give them a 6 out of 5 I would.

I always use Manaleak for my magic cards. They have excellent customer service and sort out any problems really quickly. The delivery for £1 is a real bonus as it means more money to spend on cards.

Really want to thank the staff at Mana Leak for providing such excellent online service and support. They have outstanding bargains available, along with cool freebies which can be added to your order. Deliveries are always prompt and any queries I have are always answered quickly.

i made an order to manaleak but was a bit confused by the wording PayPal used, so I messaged an employee who was on Facebook with a question. He replied quickly and helped me out by finding my order personally and relieve my worries. It was a personal conversation where he made me feel secure and the service was excellent :) great shop and great staff

For real the qual of service from these guys is second to none! I do alot of tradeins with a guy called james from manaleak, he gives very fair prices and gets yours stuff out to you extreamly fast!

There prices on everything are very good too!

I pretty much exclusively shop with Manaleak for singles and sealed product as the levels of customer service and support are incredible. Of the few issues or mistakes I have encountered or heard of all have been immediately responded to and rectified well beyond any expectation and unlike other retailers they do not shy away from openly discussing these issues in public.

While their prices may be slightly higher than some other internet retailers this is more than compensated by the freebies they offer, the generosity of service and the simplicity of dealing with them. The cost of shipping is incredible and arrives extremely fast and securely packaged to the point where I have placed an order at 16:00 and received it before 12:00 the next day.

Their social media presence and management of the many facebook groups has helped create a wonderful online community through which I have met many people and learned so much. Manaleak is much more than an shop, and I would heartily recommend to everyone to buy from, or sell to them.

Kind, honest, helpful: that's what comes to my mind, when I think about ManaLeak.com, the store, people who work there, and a community of players and writers who go there every day to buy, read, play, chat. Some stores compete on price, some on delivery. ManaLeak.com competes on the three things I wrote in the beginning. But is providing social value really a competition? I have used Manaleak for many years now and every time I am met with fantastic customer service.
Even when problems have arisen, Manaleak are quick to respond and always fix any issues. They deal with you personally and even take on requests.
