Top notch support and customer service from the wonderful Harrogate team. Nikki couldn’t have been more welcoming and ultimately pointed us in the right direction with her recommendation of Piazza Amber Matt Porcelain chevron tiles for a new build bathroom refurbishment. We are delighted with the completed project, the choice of tile blending in perfectly with existing wall and floor tiles. Many thanks to Clare for completing the order and arranging safe delivery with Mandarin Stone’s own driver to a new London post code.

Professional through and through. Purchased Jaipur stone, I had delays with installation and they kindly kept it in their place untol it was all resolved. Good communication and delivery was spot on - the nicest driver who was so helpful trying to place the slabs as close as possible to where the work was going to take place. I highly recommend.

Ordered tiles which said online that there were 9 tiles per pack but in fact only 7 tiles per pack, tiles are great but misleading description on Web Site, also Grout ordered was not enough per your calculations so we had to order more packs from another online retailer so we got it next day which you don’t do on your deliveries.

The tiles are great, however the customer service is severely lacking. I went into the Primrose Hill showroom to get samples, they were lovely and when I asked about returns, they said as long as unopened I could easily return to them. However, my project has finished and I have several boxes of unopened tiles and when I rang the same showroom to ask about returns I was told extremely curtly that as was over 30 days there was no return and even if I could had to send a courier to their warehouse. I feel like I was misled by the showroom and all very nice when spending money, but the service is not there otherwise. It is a shame as have bought from them quite a few times and had been hoping to again

Unfortunately, the quality of their tiles does not match their high prices. As soon as we began cutting them, we experienced over a 50% breakage rate. I contacted the customer service team to request a replacement or refund, but was only offered a discount on purchasing more tiles.

After spending thousands with this company, I expected far better customer service and a willingness to replace what were clearly defective tiles. The professional tiling team I hired is highly experienced and followed all Mandarin Stone guidelines, yet we still encountered major issues—and the company still made no offer to put things right.

I had expected these tiles to last for decades, so this entire experience has been incredibly disappointing.

Wonderful customer service! I ordered tiles from the Weybridge showroom and the marble for my vanity units from Mandarin Stone in Monmouth. All the staff including delivery drivers were incredibly helpful but a huge thank you to Sophia who went over and above answering my never ending questions and queries! Now I know the marble fabrication process is such a slick operation I’m keen to order more!

Delay with delivery. The tiles are beautiful but the sizes were not uniform, so the tiler has to use varying amounts of grout which was quite noticeable on the walls
