We’d like to clarify that prices shown on our website may exclude VAT, as this varies depending on the destination country. Once items are added to the cart or a shipping address is entered, the correct VAT rate for that country is automatically applied. We clearly outline this with a banner at the top of our website, and we also provide a detailed explanation in our help centre.
Regarding shipping, we work hard to keep delivery costs as low and fair as possible. Many of the products we supply are specialist items that are not available elsewhere in the EU, and in most cases ordering directly from the manufacturer in the USA would result in higher overall costs once international shipping and fees are applied.
We appreciate your feedback and are always happy to help if customers have questions before placing an order.
